This 14.8V 2600mAh lithium-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Ariete Briciola 2711/1 and 2717/1 cordless vacuums, as well as the Profimaster 2712/1 and 2712/2. It slots into the same bay as the factory cell and connects through the same BMS interface. Capacity is 2600mAh (38.48Wh) — matched to product data, not inflated.

• Briciola and Profimaster platform fit: These models share a 14.8V 4S cell configuration and the same physical bay dimensions (69.80 × 36.90 × 36.70mm). On the Briciola 2711/1, the motor draws harder when the filter is even partially restricted — well before the vacuum reaches what most users consider "dirty." That elevated draw causes the cell voltage to sag under load, and suction weakens noticeably while the indicator still reads mid-range. The battery is not failing in this case; it is responding correctly to a motor pulling above its normal current ceiling. Clean the filter and check for debris in the cyclone chamber before assuming the battery is at fault.

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When airflow is restricted — blocked filter, sealed nozzle, or a rug pile jamming the intake — the motor spikes current draw past the protection circuit's threshold. The BMS cuts power to protect the cells, then resets after the pack cools or current normalises. Clear the blockage completely, then restart the vacuum. If the cutout happens again on an unobstructed floor, check that the replacement pack voltage reads above 14.0V on a multimeter before concluding there is a deeper fault.
