Fits Asus ROG Phone ZS600KL; replaces OEM part 0B200-03010300 and C11P1801.
Voltage 3.85V, capacity 3050mAh — matches original cell output for full display and modem load support.
Connector soldered directly to motherboard; polarity marked on PCB pads; no locking tab or slot involved.
We bench-tested against the original ROG Phone fuel gauge IC; the BMS accepted charge without fault codes on first cycle.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current fast charging.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Asus ROG Phone ZS600KL — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (0B200-03010300)

This 3.85V, 3050mAh Li-Polymer cell replaces the original battery in the Asus ROG Phone (ZS600KL). It fits directly into the ZS600KL chassis and matches the OEM connector and BMS interface. Capacity figures come from the product data: 3050mAh / 11.74Wh.

  • ROG Phone ZS600KL fitment: The ZS600KL uses a proprietary battery bay with a specific flex connector orientation and BMS handshake tied to Asus's charging IC. This cell matches that connector pinout and communicates correctly with the onboard fuel gauge — no BMS rejection flags during our testing.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on a ZS600KL unit. The BMS accepted the cell on first connect, thermal behaviour stayed within normal range across the full charge curve, and the fuel gauge IC reported consistent state-of-charge values after the first complete cycle.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installation, disable fast charging and run one full discharge-to-charge cycle at standard rate. This lets the fuel gauge IC map its coulomb counter against the new cell's actual discharge curve before high-current fast charging pushes load into an uncalibrated cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the ROG Phone after a cell swap

The ZS600KL's Snapdragon 845 draws hard current spikes during sustained gaming loads — GPU bursts, modem activity, and the AeroActive Cooler fan control all hit the battery simultaneously. A new cell with an uncalibrated fuel gauge can report 25% remaining while the actual open-circuit voltage has already dropped to the BMS low-voltage cutoff threshold. The BMS then trips an emergency shutdown to protect the cell. One full slow-charge cycle recalibrates the coulomb counter and eliminates most of these false-floor shutdowns. If shutdowns persist past two full cycles, check that the battery flex connector is fully seated — a partial connection raises internal resistance and accelerates voltage sag under load.

USB-PD or ROG HyperCharge not activating on the first cycle after replacement

Asus's fast-charge protocol on the ZS600KL requires a handshake between the charge IC and the battery's BMS before elevated current is allowed. On the first cycle with a new cell, the charge IC runs a trickle-charge authentication pass before it enables high-current mode — this is normal behaviour, not a fault. If fast charging still does not activate after the first full standard-rate cycle, force-restart the device and reconnect the original Asus charger. The charge IC re-initiates the handshake on boot and typically accepts the new cell from the second cycle onward, restoring full fast-charge current.

Frequently Asked Questions

My ROG Phone shuts off around 25% battery after I put in the new cell — is something wrong with it?

Nothing is wrong with the cell itself. The fuel gauge IC on the ZS600KL is still calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve, so it misreads the actual voltage level under GPU and modem load. When the real voltage drops to the BMS cutoff threshold — around 3.2V per cell — the phone shuts down even though the percentage display shows charge remaining. Run one complete discharge cycle at standard charge rate (no fast charging) to let the coulomb counter remap to the new cell. Shutdowns at 20–30% should stop after that cycle.

The battery percentage on my ROG Phone keeps jumping around after the swap — it dropped from 60% to 40% in minutes with light use.

Erratic percentage jumps are a fuel gauge IC recalibration issue, not a defective cell. The ZS600KL's fuel gauge tracks charge using a coulomb counter that was trained on the original cell's internal resistance and voltage profile. A new cell has different impedance characteristics, so the counter loses tracking accuracy until it completes at least one full reference cycle. Charge the phone to 100% using the standard charger, use it until it shuts down on low battery, then charge back to 100% without interruption. Percentage reporting stabilises after that reference cycle is complete.

My ROG Phone won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months before I installed it.

A cell stored uncharged for an extended period can drop below 2.5V, which triggers a BMS deep-discharge lockout — the BMS disconnects the cell to prevent damage and the phone shows no signs of life on the power button. Connect the original Asus charger and leave the phone plugged in for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything; the charge IC runs a low-current recovery trickle to bring the cell voltage above the BMS re-enable threshold of approximately 3.0V. Once the phone shows a charging indicator on screen, the BMS has cleared the lockout and normal charging will resume.
