Fits devices using 1IRC19/65 2600 XH2.54 connector and replaces original 3.7V lithium-ion packs with this OEM part number.
3.7V nominal voltage with 2600mAh capacity delivers 9.62Wh total energy for portable electronics requiring compact power sources.
XH2.54 connector plugs straight in with keyed orientation — no adapter needed, locking tab seats fully into device socket.
We charged and discharged this cell through three cycles; the integrated BMS accepted device voltage requests without cutoff, current regulation normal.
On first install, run one complete charge-discharge cycle before relying on any fuel gauge reading — the pack needs calibration against your device's firmware.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Battery Pack 1IRC19/65 2600 XH2.54 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 2600mAh (9.62Wh) lithium-ion cell pack with an XH2.54 connector. It replaces the OEM pack rated 1IRC19/65 2600 XH2.54 in portable electronics that use this connector standard. The cell format is 18650-class at 65.80 × 21.00 × 18.50mm.

  • XH2.54 connector compatibility: The XH2.54 two-pin interface is a standard pitch used across compact portable devices. The connector mates directly with OEM socket geometry — no adapter required and no re-pinning. Verify your existing pack uses XH2.54 before ordering, as similar-looking connectors like PH2.0 are not interchangeable.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on the bench. The BMS held cutoff at the correct thresholds at both ends of the voltage curve, and the cell voltage at rest settled at storage voltage prior to shipping.
  • First-cycle calibration: If your device shows a fuel gauge or capacity indicator, run one full charge-to-discharge cycle after installation. New cells arrive at storage voltage, and the gauge IC needs one full cycle against the fresh cells to report capacity accurately.

Pack running below 3.7V on first use

Replacement packs ship at storage voltage — typically 3.6V to 3.85V — not at full charge. This is intentional for safe transport and cell longevity during storage. On first installation, the device may read a low state-of-charge and behave as if the battery is nearly flat. Charge the pack fully before use; rated 3.7V nominal reflects the cell chemistry midpoint, not the delivery voltage.

Pack not reaching full charge on the first cycle

Some charge ICs apply a reduced current on the first cycle when they detect a new or recently depleted cell — this is a conditioning behaviour, not a fault. The pack may terminate charge slightly below expected capacity on cycle one. Leave it connected through a full uninterrupted charge on the second cycle. By cycle two or three, the charge IC will have profiled the cells and capacity will reach its rated 2600mAh.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device isn't recognising the new pack after I swapped it in — it just shows no battery or won't power on. What's wrong?

The most likely cause is a voltage range check failing because the pack arrived at storage voltage, which can sit below the device's minimum acceptance threshold. Plug the pack into its charger for a full charge cycle before re-inserting it into the device. Once the cell voltage is above the BMS acceptance floor, the device should detect it normally. If the device still rejects it after a full charge, power cycle the device with the pack seated.

The device's battery indicator is showing roughly 50–60% right after I installed the new pack and charged it — is the capacity actually lower than rated?

The fuel gauge IC hasn't calibrated against the new cells yet. It was profiled against the old, degraded pack, so its state-of-charge algorithm is reading the new cells inaccurately. Run one complete charge followed by a full discharge, then charge again from flat. After that single calibration cycle the indicator will map correctly to the 2600mAh capacity of the new cells.

The pack feels noticeably warm during its first charge — is that normal or is something wrong?

Mild warmth during the first charge is normal. New lithium-ion cells go through a brief conditioning phase on initial charge where internal resistance is slightly higher than it will be after the first few cycles, generating a small amount of heat. If the pack becomes hot to the touch or the charger shuts off early, disconnect it immediately and inspect for damage. Gentle warmth that fades as charge progresses is expected and clears after the first full cycle.
