Fits Bea-fon S10 and replaces original S10 battery pack.
3.7V at 1000mAh supplies the voltage and capacity the S10 modem and display require without thermal stress.
Connector slides into the S10 battery slot vertically; no locking tab — friction fit only.
We bench-tested this cell in a Bea-fon S10 and confirmed the BMS accepted the pack on first insertion without fault codes or early cutoff behavior.
On first charge after installation, let the phone complete one full discharge-to-shutdown cycle before resuming normal use — this recalibrates the fuel gauge IC to the new cell curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Bea-fon S10 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (S10)

This is a 3.7V, 1000mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Bea-fon S10 mobile phone. It slots directly into the S10's battery bay and restores power to a phone that won't hold charge or won't switch on at all. Capacity listed is 1000mAh (3.7Wh) — matching the original cell specification.

  • Bea-fon S10 fitment: The S10 uses a compact 53.70 × 36.85 × 5.30mm cell at 3.7V. This replacement matches those physical and electrical specs so the battery bay closes correctly and the charge IC sees the expected voltage rail on first boot.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through a full charge-discharge cycle on the S10 platform. The BMS accepted charge from the phone's onboard charge IC without fault codes, and voltage held steady across a screen-on load cycle.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, run one complete discharge-to-charge cycle before relying on the percentage indicator. The S10's fuel gauge IC is calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve — one full cycle lets it remap against the new cell and report accurately.

Why the S10 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The S10 tracks charge state using a fuel gauge IC that builds a model of the cell's discharge curve over time. When you swap to a new cell, that learned curve no longer matches the physical battery in the phone. The IC keeps using the old model, so it reports percentages that can be 15–25% off. One full discharge below 10% and a charge to 100% resets the coulomb counter and forces the IC to start learning the new cell's actual curve.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the cell voltage drops sharply under load — a voltage cliff — before the fuel gauge reaches 0%. The S10's modem and display draw enough current to pull the cell below the BMS cutoff threshold while the gauge still shows charge remaining. It is not a faulty battery — it is the fuel gauge IC reading from an uncalibrated curve. Run two full discharge-charge cycles and the shutdowns will move progressively closer to 0%. If they persist past three cycles, check the resting voltage sits above 3.6V when the phone shows 30%.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Bea-fon S10 won't switch on after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few weeks — is it dead?

Probably not. Li-ion cells self-discharge in storage, and if the voltage drops below roughly 2.5V the BMS locks out to prevent damage — the phone shows nothing when you press the power button. Plug it into a charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything; the charge IC will trickle-feed the cell until the BMS releases the lockout. Once the screen shows a charge indicator, let it reach 100% before first use.

The percentage on my S10 jumps around erratically — it showed 60%, then dropped to 31% in seconds without heavy use. What's happening?

The fuel gauge IC on the S10 is recalibrating against the new cell after the swap. It built its charge model around the old battery's impedance and discharge curve, and those values don't match the new cell yet. The jumps shrink with each full cycle as the IC rewrites its internal model. Run two complete discharges from 100% down to the automatic cutoff, then charge fully — the percentage readout should stabilise by the third cycle.

The S10 gets noticeably warm near the battery while charging the new cell — is that normal?

Some warmth is expected on the first few charges. A fresh cell has higher internal impedance than a broken-in one, so the charge IC dissipates slightly more heat as it pushes current in. Warmth — not hot to the touch — is within normal range. If the phone feels too hot to hold comfortably, or charging stops before 100%, let the phone cool to room temperature and restart the charge; the thermal sensor inside the charge IC will have reset by then.
