Fits Beko Arcelik SD-3061 cordless vacuum; replaces OEM part BP25220G.
25.2V, 2000mAh capacity delivers consistent motor voltage across household cleaning runs.
Slide connector locks into dock housing; verify the latch seats fully before powering on.
Bench testing showed the BMS accepted a full charge cycle without cutoff or fault signals.
Do not leave this cell on the charging dock continuously — trickle charge degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Beko Arcelik SD-3061 — 25.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (BP25220G)

This is a 25.2V 2000mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Beko Arcelik SD-3061 cordless stick vacuum. It replaces OEM part BP25220G and restores suction power when the original cell has degraded or failed. Capacity is 2000mAh (50.4Wh) — matched to the original specification.

  • Arcelik SD-3061 fit: This battery uses the same 25.2V cell configuration and connector pinout as the original BP25220G. The BMS communicates with the vacuum's charge controller using the same handshake protocol, so the charge indicator and cutoff behaviour work as expected.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the battery through charge cycles on the SD-3061 platform. The BMS held steady voltage output under sustained motor load, and the overcurrent protection tripped correctly when the motor draw spiked — then reset without requiring manual intervention.
  • Dock charging on this model: Do not leave the SD-3061 sitting on the charging dock continuously. Cordless vacuums on permanent dock charge develop capacity fade faster than those charged only when depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the SD-3061

This is one of the most common complaints on stick vacuums and it is rarely the battery alone. When the filter is partially blocked, the motor works harder to maintain airflow and draws above its rated current. The BMS reads this as high load and reduces output voltage to protect the cells. Suction feels weak even though the battery charge indicator still shows mid-level. Clean or replace the filter first — if suction recovers, the battery was not the cause.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then comes back on its own

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the vacuum is held at an angle that restricts airflow — or pushed hard into thick carpet — the motor current spikes sharply. The BMS cuts power within milliseconds to protect the cells, then resets once the current drops back to safe levels. To stop it recurring, check the filter for blockage and avoid sustained full-power passes over deep-pile carpet. If the cutout still happens on a cleared filter, measure resting voltage — a healthy cell at full charge should read at or above 25.2V.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my Arcelik SD-3061 lose suction halfway through a clean even though the battery indicator still shows charged?

A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which causes the BMS to reduce output voltage before the charge indicator catches up. The vacuum feels underpowered even with plenty of charge left. Remove and clean the filter — on the SD-3061 this is the first fix, not the battery. If suction recovers immediately after cleaning the filter, the battery is not at fault.

The SD-3061 motor cuts out for a few seconds during vacuuming and then restarts on its own — what is causing that?

That is a BMS overcurrent trip. Heavy carpet load or restricted airflow causes a current spike, and the BMS cuts output to protect the cells — it resets automatically once the draw drops. It is not a sign the battery is failing. Clear the filter and avoid sustained full-power passes on thick carpet; if trips still happen on a clean filter, check resting voltage — a full charge should read at or above 25.2V.

The new replacement battery charges fine but the capacity seems noticeably lower than it should be — is there something wrong with the cell?

Partially blocked filters cause the motor to work harder on every pass, which drains the battery faster than rated — the vacuum burns through charge even though the cell itself is fine. Before assuming a capacity fault, clean the filter fully and run a charge cycle from flat to full. If runtime improves, the filter was the cause. If capacity still falls well short after two full cycles on a clean filter, the cell may have a fault and should be exchanged.
