Fits Casio Exilim H30, X100, X100 HD digital cameras; replaces NP-120 OEM battery cells.
3.7V, 1800mAh lithium-ion delivers extended shooting sessions on Casio compact cameras.
Flat connector slides into battery compartment slot with spring-loaded retention; polarity marked on cell.
Bench testing showed normal voltage ramp on camera body charge cycle; BMS accepted cell without fault codes.
On first use, charge this cell fully inside the camera body before heavy shooting — Casio firmware needs a complete charge cycle from within the camera to map the discharge curve correctly for battery-remaining accuracy.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

CAMILEO H30 / X100 Series — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 3.7V, 1800mAh lithium-ion cell replaces the original battery in the CAMILEO H30, X100, and X100 HD digital cameras. It fits the same physical slot and connector as the factory cell. Capacity is 1800mAh (6.66Wh) — taken from product data, not estimated.

  • H30, X100, and X100 HD compatibility: These three models share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pin layout, and 3.7V voltage rail — which is why one cell covers all three. No adapter or modification required.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on camera hardware. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, and protection circuits tripped correctly at low-voltage threshold — no runaway discharge observed.
  • First-install charge cycle: Insert the cell into the camera body and run a full charge via the OEM charger before your first shoot. Some camera BMS systems need one in-body charge cycle to map the new cell's discharge curve correctly for the battery-remaining indicator.

Battery percentage jumping erratically on the H30 display

The H30's battery indicator maps voltage thresholds to percentage steps calibrated to the original cell's discharge curve. A new third-party cell can have a slightly different curve, so the indicator reads one percentage band, then jumps when the voltage crosses the next threshold unexpectedly. This is a display mapping issue — not a fault with the cell itself. One full in-body charge cycle typically allows the BMS to re-calibrate and stabilise the readout.

Camera body showing dead battery indicator on a partially charged replacement

This happens when the camera's low-voltage cutoff triggers earlier than expected on a freshly installed cell. New lithium-ion cells sometimes rest at a lower open-circuit voltage after storage — the camera interprets this as a depleted battery. Place the cell in the OEM charger until the charge indicator shows full, then re-insert. The camera should clear the low-battery flag once resting voltage is above 3.6V.

Frequently Asked Questions

My CAMILEO H30 says "no battery" even though the replacement cell is seated properly — what's happening?

This is a BMS authentication check — the camera's controller doesn't recognise the new cell's initial state. Remove the battery, charge it fully in the OEM charger outside the camera body, then re-insert. One complete external charge cycle is usually enough for the camera to accept the cell and clear the error.

The shot count on my X100 dropped noticeably after switching to the replacement battery — is the cell faulty?

Shot count drops when high-draw features stack up — continuous autofocus, optical stabilisation, and flash recycling all pull current beyond the baseline spec used to estimate shot counts. The cell itself isn't faulty. Turn off stabilisation when shooting static subjects and disable continuous AF when not needed; both cuts reduce per-shot draw and extend the count per charge.

The flash on my CAMILEO X100 HD is taking longer to recycle between shots than it did with the original battery — why?

Flash recycling speed depends on how quickly the capacitor can recharge, which is directly tied to the cell's ability to deliver sustained current. If the replacement cell was stored for a long period before use, its internal resistance may be temporarily elevated. Run two to three full charge-discharge cycles through the camera body; internal resistance typically drops as the cell conditions, and recycling time should return to normal.
