Fits Coredy R750-2200pa, G800, and G850 robotic vacuums; replaces OEM battery CS-CNS591VX.
14.4V, 2600mAh lithium-ion delivers 37.44Wh to restore motor power and suction performance.
Connector seats into the battery dock slot with a single locking tab on the left side.
We bench-tested the BMS under sustained motor load; voltage held steady with no early cutoff.
Do not leave this vacuum on the charging dock when fully charged — continuous trickle charging degrades capacity fast.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Coredy R750-2200pa / G800 / G850 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 2600mAh lithium-ion battery for the Coredy R750-2200pa, G800, and G850 robotic vacuum cleaners. It slots into the battery bay and connects to the same BMS interface as the original cell. Voltage, capacity, and connector format match the product data above.

  • R750-2200pa, G800, and G850 platform: These three models share the same 14.4V battery bay, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol — which is why a single cell covers all three. Swapping between a G800 and an R750-2200pa does not require any adapter or firmware change.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge and discharge cycles, confirmed the BMS handshake completed correctly, and checked that the protection circuit triggered at the expected undervoltage threshold without nuisance tripping during normal motor load.
  • Dock charging behaviour on the R750-2200pa and G800: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently. These models trickle-charge the cell continuously when docked, which accelerates capacity fade faster than charging only when the battery is depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

The Coredy R750-2200pa and G800 regulate suction motor speed based on available voltage from the cell. When the battery ages or a filter is partially blocked, the motor draws more current than rated, causing the cell voltage to sag under load. The vacuum reads this sag as reduced power available and drops suction — even though the indicator still shows charge remaining. Cleaning or replacing the filter is the first step; if suction recovers, the cell was not the root cause.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering after a pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a depleted battery. When sustained restricted airflow forces the motor to pull above the protection circuit's current threshold, the BMS disconnects the cell to prevent cell damage. The vacuum powers back on after a short rest because the BMS resets once current demand drops. Clear the dustbin and filter, then restart — if the cut-out stops occurring, the restriction was the cause, not the cell.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Coredy G800 loses suction well before the battery light comes on — is the battery failing or is something else causing this?

A partially blocked filter is the most common cause. When airflow is restricted, the motor pulls more current than rated, the cell voltage sags under load, and the vacuum reduces motor speed even though the indicator still shows charge. Clean or replace the filter first and test again. If suction stays consistent through a full clean cycle after that, the battery was not the issue.

The vacuum cuts out during cleaning and restarts fine after I leave it for a minute — what triggers that?

That is the battery protection circuit tripping on an overcurrent spike, not the cell running flat. Sustained blockages — packed dustbin, clogged filter, or trapped debris at the brush roll — force the motor to draw above the BMS current limit, which disconnects the cell. Empty the dustbin, check the filter, and clear the brush roll before the next run. If the cut-outs stop after that, the protection circuit was doing its job correctly.

My replacement battery seems to have lost capacity much faster than expected after only a few months — what causes that?

Leaving the R750-2200pa or G800 on the charging dock continuously is the most common cause of early capacity fade on these models. The dock applies a trickle charge to the cell indefinitely, which stresses lithium-ion cells over time in a way that intermittent full-charge cycles do not. Going forward, charge the battery to full and remove the vacuum from the dock rather than leaving it permanently docked. This alone significantly slows capacity loss on the replacement cell.
