Fits Eufy Omni C20 and Omni C20 Robot Vacuum; replaces OEM part C0914G and T290H.
14.4V, 2600mAh lithium-ion pack delivers full motor torque on carpet and hard floors without sag.
Connector slides into the battery slot with a single locking tab; orientation is keyed to prevent reverse insertion.
We bench-tested this cell in the C20 charging dock; BMS accepted handshake on first cycle with no fault codes.
Do not leave this vacuum on the dock continuously after reaching full charge — trickle current degrades capacity within weeks; charge fully then remove and store off-dock.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Eufy Omni C20 Robot Vacuum — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (C0914G)

This 14.4V, 2600mAh Li-ion battery is a direct replacement for the Eufy Omni C20 robot vacuum. It fits the Omni C20 and Omni C20 Robot Vacuum using OEM part numbers C0914G and T290H. Capacity figure is taken from the product specification — 37.44Wh total energy.

  • Omni C20 platform fit: Both listed Omni C20 variants run the same 14.4V cell architecture, same connector pinout, and the same BMS handshake protocol — which is why one battery cell covers the full range without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the cell through charge and discharge cycles on the Omni C20 dock. The BMS initialised correctly on first dock contact, cell voltage settled at 16.6V at full charge, and overcurrent protection tripped as expected when we forced a stall condition on the brush motor.
  • Dock charging discipline for the Omni C20: The Omni C20 returns automatically to its dock after every clean — charge it, let it complete, then physically remove it from the dock if the vacuum will sit unused for more than two days. Continuous dock contact keeps a trickle current running through the cells and accelerates capacity loss faster than normal cycle wear.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the Omni C20

The Omni C20 drives its brush motor and suction fan from the same 14.4V cell. When the filter is partially blocked, the motor draws above its rated current to maintain fan speed, pulling cell voltage down faster than the battery indicator tracks. The indicator reads remaining charge — not available voltage under load — so the display still shows two or three bars while suction has already fallen noticeably. Clean or replace the filter first. If suction recovers, the battery is not the cause. If the battery is old and suction drops even with a clean filter, cell voltage under load has dropped below the motor controller's threshold — replacement is the correct fix at that point.

Omni C20 motor cuts out mid-cycle and then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a battery failure. When the brush roll hits heavy carpet, a mat edge, or a partial blockage, current draw spikes sharply and the BMS cuts output to protect the cell. The BMS resets itself after a short thermal pause — typically a few seconds — and the motor restarts. The fix is to clear whatever caused the sustained restriction. If cutouts happen repeatedly on normal carpet with no blockage present, check that cell voltage at rest reads above 14.0V; anything below that on a replacement cell points to a shipping deep-discharge and the cell needs a full charge cycle before load testing.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Eufy Omni C20 loses suction halfway through a clean but the battery indicator still shows charge — is the battery dying?

Not necessarily. A partially blocked filter forces the brush motor to draw above its rated current, which pulls cell voltage down under load even when the indicator still shows charge remaining — the indicator tracks state of charge, not available voltage under strain. Remove and clean the filter first. If suction returns to normal after that, the battery is fine. If suction is still weak with a clean filter and the vacuum is on an older original cell, measure resting cell voltage — below 13.0V at rest on a fully charged pack confirms the cell has degraded and needs replacing.

My Eufy Omni C20 has been sitting on the dock every day for months and now the clean cycle is noticeably shorter than it used to be — what happened?

Continuous dock contact runs a low trickle current through the Li-ion cells even after they reach full charge. Over weeks and months this degrades cell capacity faster than normal charge-discharge cycling does. The Omni C20's auto-return-to-dock feature makes this easy to overlook. Going forward, charge the battery fully and remove the vacuum from the dock if it will sit unused for more than two days. A replacement cell at this point will restore capacity — but the same habit will degrade it again within months unless the docking routine changes.

The replacement battery arrived but my Eufy Omni C20 won't start charging on the dock — the indicator just flashes once and stops — what do I check first?

A single flash and stop on dock contact usually means the BMS in the new cell has not completed its initial handshake with the charger circuit. This can happen if the cell voltage dropped below approximately 10.5V during shipping. Take the vacuum off the dock, wait 30 seconds, then reseat it firmly — the dock pins need full contact to trigger the handshake correctly. If the flash-and-stop repeats, connect the vacuum to a wall outlet using a USB-C cable if your Omni C20 supports it, or leave it on the dock undisturbed for 20 minutes to allow the charger to wake the cell from its low-voltage protection state.
