Fits Ikohs Create Netbot S10, S12, S14, S15 robotic vacuums; replaces OEM battery pack.
14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion cell delivers full motor power and cleaning suction across all floor types.
Battery connector slides straight into the dock port with a single locking tab; no adapter needed.
Tested on a Netbot S14 under sustained suction load—BMS held voltage steady, no early shutoff during restricted filter draws.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously after reaching full charge; trickle current degrades capacity within weeks, causing early runtime fade and motor cutout under load.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Ikohs Create Netbot S10 / S12 / S14 / S15 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Ikohs Create Netbot S10, S12, S14, and S15 robotic vacuum cleaners. It fits directly into the battery bay and powers the drive motors, suction fan, and onboard electronics. Swap it when the original cell no longer holds enough charge to complete a full cleaning run.

  • Netbot S10 through S15 platform fit: These four Netbot models share the same 14.4V battery format, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol — one replacement cell covers all four variants without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the Netbot platform and confirmed the BMS handshake initialised correctly, protection thresholds triggered at expected voltage levels, and the dock charge circuit accepted the cell without fault codes.
  • Dock charging habit on robotic vacuums: Do not leave the Netbot sitting on the charging dock between cleaning sessions indefinitely. Continuous trickle charging accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion cells used in low-draw robotic vacuum circuits. Charge to full, then lift the unit off the dock.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before battery indicator reaches low

When the suction fan motor draws more current than the cell can deliver cleanly, voltage sags at the pack level — even if the state-of-charge indicator still reads mid-range. This happens most often when the filter is partially blocked, forcing the motor to work harder against restricted airflow. The BMS reads voltage, not airflow resistance, so it does not flag a fault. Clean the filter first, then retest suction performance across a full charge cycle.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and recovering after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is restricted — blocked brush roll, clogged filter, or heavy carpet fibres — the motor draws a sustained spike above the BMS current threshold and the pack shuts the output rail to protect the cell. After a brief rest, internal temperature drops and the BMS resets, restoring power. Clear the brush roll and filter, then confirm resting pack voltage reads at least 16.0V off charge before ruling out a cell fault.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Netbot S10 suction drops off well before the battery light goes red — why does that happen?

A partially blocked filter forces the fan motor to draw more current than the cell can supply at full voltage, causing the pack voltage to sag under load even when charge level looks fine. The battery indicator reads state-of-charge, not load voltage, so it shows no warning. Remove and rinse the filter, let it dry fully, then run a cleaning cycle — suction should hold steady across the full run. If it still drops, check resting pack voltage with a multimeter; a healthy 14.4V cell reads at least 16.0V off charge.

The robot stops mid-clean, sits for a minute, then starts moving again on its own — is the battery failing?

That behaviour is the BMS tripping an overcurrent cutoff, not a dead or failing cell. Sustained motor strain from a clogged brush roll or blocked intake causes a current spike the BMS reads as unsafe, so it shuts the output rail and resets after the pack cools slightly. Clear debris from the brush roll and check the filter before assuming the battery is at fault. If the problem continues after cleaning, put a multimeter across the pack terminals — anything below 14.0V under light load indicates genuine cell degradation.

My Netbot's cleaning time has shortened noticeably over several months — does the dock cause this?

Leaving the Netbot parked on the charging dock continuously between sessions applies a low-level trickle charge that Li-ion cells in low-draw robotic vacuums handle poorly over time, accelerating capacity loss. The fix from this point forward is to charge the unit fully and remove it from the dock until the next session. A replacement cell restores original capacity, but returning to continuous dock parking will repeat the same degradation pattern within months.
