This is a 14.4V, 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the OKP K3P, K4, K5, and K7 cordless vacuum cleaners (14.4V versions). It slots into the same battery compartment as the original cell and works with the existing charger. If your vacuum is cutting out early or no longer holding charge, this cell restores full operating capacity.

• K3P / K4 / K5 / K7 platform fit: These OKP models share the same 14.4V battery rail, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol across the range. One cell covers the full group without modification.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws higher-than-rated current against a partially blocked filter or brush roll. The BMS reads a voltage sag on the cell and reduces power output to stay within safe discharge limits — the indicator hasn't caught up because it reads state of charge, not instantaneous load. The fix is not always a new battery. Check the filter first: a clogged filter makes the motor work harder, pulls more current, and triggers the sag earlier in every cycle. Clean or replace the filter, then retest before assuming cell capacity is the issue.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is sustained against a restriction — a blocked nozzle, full dustbin, or compressed filter — the motor draws current beyond the BMS trip threshold. The BMS shuts the output, the motor stops, and after 10–30 seconds the BMS resets and power returns. Clearing the restriction stops the cycle from repeating. If the cutout continues on a clean filter with a new cell, measure resting voltage after a full charge — it should read between 16.4V and 16.8V off the charger.
