Fast charging unavailable after fitting L11C2P32

Some users find fast charge stops working after a battery replacement on the S6000 series. The charge IC requires at least one completed charge cycle before it re-negotiates the correct charge rate with the new cell. Plug in using the original charger and allow one full charge from near-zero to 100% without interruption. After that cycle, fast charge behaviour returns to normal. If it does not, verify the charger output — the S6000 requires a charger delivering at least 5V/2A to enable higher charge rates.

The percentage on my S6000 is jumping around after I replaced the battery — it reads 67%, I use it for a few minutes and it drops to 31%.

Erratic percentage readings after a cell swap are caused by the fuel gauge IC being calibrated to the old battery's charge curve — the new cell reports different voltage characteristics and the IC loses track. This is not a hardware fault. Do one full discharge to automatic shutoff followed by a single uninterrupted charge to 100%. The IC recalibrates against the new cell's actual voltage curve and percentage reporting stabilises.

Fast charging worked before I swapped the battery on my IdeaPad S6000, but now it only charges slowly — same charger, same cable.

After a cell replacement, the S6000's charge IC defaults to a conservative current until it completes one full accepted charge cycle with the new cell. Allow the tablet to charge from below 10% to 100% without interruption using the original charger. Once that cycle completes, the IC re-negotiates the correct charge rate. Confirm your charger outputs at least 5V/2A — anything below that will keep the tablet in slow-charge mode regardless of the battery.
