The actual measured capacity after calibration cycles may read slightly differently depending on how the fuel gauge IC interprets the new cell. Run two full discharge-and-charge cycles. After the second cycle, the reported Wh in the Windows battery report typically converges closer to the physical cell rating.

My ThinkPad E480S battery stops charging at 80% and won't go higher — is something wrong with this cell?

Nothing is wrong with the cell. Lenovo's BIOS includes a charge threshold feature that caps charging at 80% to reduce long-term cell wear — it ships enabled by default on many ThinkPad models. Open Lenovo Vantage, navigate to Power, then Battery Charge Threshold, and either disable the limit or set the upper threshold to 100%. Once changed, the battery will charge to full on the next cycle.
