Fits Logitech G933, G533, G935, G635 wireless gaming headsets; replaces OEM part 533-000132.
3.7V, 1200mAh Li-Polymer cell delivers sustained output for wireless and audio circuits under load.
Connector slides into the battery cavity with a single locking tab; seat fully before closing the door.
We bench-tested this cell in a G933 base station; BMS handshake completed on first insert, no fault codes.
On first use, charge the headset in the base for one full cycle before gaming — the base needs to log the new cell's BMS signature before talk time stabilizes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Logitech G933 / G533 / G935 / G635 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (533-000132)

This is a 3.7V, 1200mAh Li-Polymer battery for the Logitech G933, G533, G935, and G635 wireless gaming headsets. It replaces OEM part 533-000132, which Logitech uses across this headset family. Fits the same physical slot and connects to the same internal header as the original cell.

  • G933 / G533 / G935 / G635 platform fit: These four headsets share the same 3.7V single-cell Li-Polymer architecture, connector pitch, and PCB layout. Logitech uses one cell across the range, which is why OEM part 533-000132 covers all four models without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the G933 platform. The BMS accepted the pack without fault codes, balanced current draw across both the audio DSP and the 2.4GHz radio circuit, and held voltage within the expected window under combined load.
  • First-cycle base station procedure: Seat the headset in the base station and let it complete one uninterrupted charge cycle before use. The base station logs the new cell during this cycle — skipping it causes the charge indicator to misread state-of-charge and cut the session short before the cell is actually depleted.

Why the G933 cuts out mid-session on a new battery

The G933 runs two simultaneous loads: the audio DSP and the 2.4GHz wireless radio. Under peak combined draw — loud audio plus active wireless transmission — the cell must deliver current spikes that a degraded or unconditioned battery handles poorly. The BMS interprets a voltage sag during these spikes as a low-cell event and cuts output to protect the cell. On a new replacement, this typically clears after two to three full charge cycles as the cell stabilises its internal resistance. If cut-outs persist past five cycles, check that the base station firmware has not flagged a charging fault.

Base station shows full charge but headset shuts off after a few minutes

A replacement cell ships at storage voltage — roughly 3.6V — not at full charge. If the base station reads this as a charged state and the indicator goes green quickly, the cell has not actually completed a charge cycle. The headset then draws down the remaining capacity fast and the BMS shuts off output before the user expects it. Fix: place the headset in the base, ignore the indicator, and leave it charging for a minimum of three hours on first use. After one full cycle the indicator will accurately reflect real charge state.

Frequently Asked Questions

My G933 keeps cutting out mid-game even though the battery shows charged — what's happening?

This is a voltage sag issue, not a charge level issue. Under peak combined load — audio DSP plus 2.4GHz radio transmitting simultaneously — the cell must handle current spikes, and a new or unconditioned cell sags briefly below the BMS cutoff threshold. The BMS then kills output to protect the cell, which reads as a dropout rather than a dead battery. Run three to five full charge and discharge cycles and the cell's internal resistance will stabilise, which raises the voltage floor under load and stops the cut-outs.

The base station isn't recognising the new battery — the charging light won't come on or shows an error. How do I fix this?

The base station expects the BMS in the new cell to complete a handshake during the first connection. If the headset was seated before the cell was properly installed or the contacts are slightly misaligned, the handshake fails and the base flags a charging error. Remove the headset, reseat it firmly in the dock so all three contact points are flush, then wait 60 seconds — the base re-attempts the handshake on its own. If the error persists, power-cycle the base by unplugging it from mains for 30 seconds before reseating the headset.

The headset gets noticeably warm during long gaming sessions — is that a battery issue?

Sustained warmth in the G933 housing during long sessions comes from the combined thermal output of the audio amp, wireless radio, and battery discharge happening inside a compact sealed enclosure. A replacement cell drawing current within its rated window will generate similar heat to the original — this is normal. If the housing gets hot enough to be uncomfortable to touch, that points to a cell drawing above its rated current, which means the replacement cell may not match the OEM discharge curve. Check that the replacement is rated at 3.7V and 1200mAh — using a cell with a lower rated capacity forces a higher C-rate and increases heat output at the same load.
