This is a mapping mismatch, not a fault with the cell. Run two full charge-to-discharge cycles through the camera body to allow the BMS to re-anchor its readings against the new cell's actual discharge curve.

This usually occurs when the replacement cell has sat unused long enough for its resting voltage to drop below the camera's startup acceptance threshold, typically around 3.0V. The MICROELITE 3300 body may refuse to power on and display a depleted battery icon even if the cell technically holds charge. Place the cell in an external Li-ion charger rather than the camera body, charge until the charger shows full, then reinsert. If the camera accepts it at that point, one full external charge cycle has recovered the resting voltage above the 3.0V startup floor.
