Fits Mobiado Professional, Professional CAMO, and Professional EM phones with native 3.7V lithium-ion battery slot.
3.7V, 1200mAh cell delivers the original capacity — power drain matches stock performance without voltage sag on modem load.
Connector slides straight into the original battery bay with no adapter needed; locking tab seats flush against the phone frame.
We bench-tested this cell in a Professional unit — the BMS accepted full charge on first cycle with no fault codes or thermal lag.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against the new cell curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Mobiado Professional Series — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 1200mAh Li-ion cell that replaces the original battery in the Mobiado Professional, Professional CAMO, and Professional EM. All three models share the same battery form factor: 53.00 × 33.90 × 5.70mm with a matched voltage rail. Capacity is rated at 4.44Wh.

  • Professional, Professional CAMO, Professional EM compatibility: These three variants share an identical battery bay, connector pinout, and 3.7V supply rail. Swapping between models is not an issue — the cell and BMS interface are the same across the series.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on the Professional platform. The BMS accepted the charge cycle without fault, and cutoff voltage at both ends of the curve matched OEM spec.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell.

Why the Mobiado Professional reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The fuel gauge IC in the Professional uses a coulomb counter calibrated to the original cell's discharge curve. A new cell has a different internal resistance profile, so the counter's reference points no longer match real charge state. The phone will display inaccurate percentages — sometimes jumping or plateauing — until the IC relearns the curve. Run one full discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% to force a recalibration cycle.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity fault. Under screen-on or call load, the cell voltage drops sharply below the BMS cutoff threshold even though the reported percentage still looks safe. It happens most on a new cell that hasn't been through a calibration cycle — the fuel gauge IC is using stale reference data. Run one full discharge-to-shutdown cycle, then charge to 100%; the cutoff events should stop once the IC maps the new cell's voltage curve correctly.

Frequently Asked Questions

The phone powered off and now won't turn on at all — is the new battery dead?

Most likely the cell discharged below 2.5V during storage and the BMS has gone into lockout to prevent damage. Plug into a wall charger — not a USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes before pressing the power button. The BMS needs a trickle current to recover before it will allow a normal charge cycle. If the charge indicator appears at any point, the cell is recovering; leave it on charge until it reaches 3.7V.

The phone feels warm near the battery compartment while charging — is that normal on a new cell?

A new Li-ion cell has higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell, so the charge IC works harder to push current through it on the first few cycles. Mild warmth during the first two or three charges is normal and drops off as the cell's impedance settles. If the device becomes hot to the touch or the warmth persists beyond the third cycle, remove it from charge and check that the connector is fully seated. Normal operating temperature during charging should stay below 40°C.

The percentage is jumping around erratically — it was at 60%, then jumped to 85%, then dropped to 40%

The fuel gauge IC is recalibrating against the new cell's discharge curve and its stored reference data no longer matches the replacement cell. The jumps are the coulomb counter correcting itself as it gathers real voltage-versus-capacity data points. Run one complete discharge cycle down to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% without interruption. After that cycle the IC will have a new baseline and the percentage readout will stabilise.
