New arrival
Sale priceFrom $22.99 USD Regular price $28.99
Shipping calculated at checkout.
Fits MyPhone Halo2, Halo, and 1075 smartphones replacing OEM part BS-02 and BS-01 batteries.
Delivers 3.7V at 1200mAh capacity, providing full-day power for calls, messaging, and standard apps on aging Halo2 devices.
Connector slides straight into the battery slot with a single locking tab; orientation matches the original contact arrangement.
We bench-tested this cell across three charge cycles; the BMS accepted input voltage without early cutoff and held voltage under load.
After installation, run one complete discharge-to-full-charge cycle with fast charging disabled so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates to this cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

MyPhone Halo2 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (BS-02)

This is a 3.7V, 1200mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the MyPhone Halo2 and Halo 1075 smartphones. It fits the original BS-02 and BS-01 battery slots directly. Use the capacity figure from the product data — 1200mAh — when comparing against your original cell.

  • Halo2 / Halo 1075 compatibility: Both the Halo2 and 1075 share the same 3.7V single-cell architecture and BS-series connector pinout. The charge IC on both models expects the same BMS handshake voltage, so one cell fits both without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge under modem-active and screen-on load conditions. The BMS held the cutoff voltage correctly and did not trip under the combined draw of calls and display at full brightness.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After fitting this cell, disable any fast-charge mode and run one full discharge-charge cycle before normal use. This lets the fuel gauge IC map its coulomb counter against the new cell's actual discharge curve before high-current charging begins on an uncalibrated reference.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Halo2 after a cell swap

The Halo2's fuel gauge IC stores a discharge curve from the old, degraded cell. When a fresh cell is fitted, the IC underestimates how much voltage remains at mid-range state of charge. Under modem or screen load, the phone sees the voltage drop briefly and interprets it as a depleted cell. One full discharge to automatic shutdown — then a full charge without interruption — overwrites the stored curve and stops the early cutoffs.

Battery percentage jumping erratically after replacement

Erratic percentage jumps — 45% dropping to 12% then back to 40% — mean the coulomb counter is recalibrating against a cell it has no reference data for. This is normal in the first one to two cycles on the Halo2 after a cell swap. Run the phone down to zero until it shuts itself off, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. After that cycle the percentage readings stabilise against the new cell's actual capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Halo2 shuts off around 25% battery right after I put in the new cell — is it defective?

The cell is not defective. The Halo2's fuel gauge IC is still reading the discharge curve of the old, worn-out battery. When screen or modem load pulls current, the IC sees a brief voltage sag and calls it empty. Run the phone down until it shuts itself off automatically, then charge it straight to 100% without interrupting. That single full cycle resets the coulomb counter reference and the early shutdowns stop.

The Halo2 won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — what's wrong?

A cell stored partially discharged will self-discharge past the BMS lockout threshold — typically below 2.5V. Once locked out, the BMS blocks all current flow and the phone shows nothing when you press the power button. Connect the charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything. Most BMS controllers on cells in this voltage range will accept a trickle from the charge IC and recover enough voltage to unlock. If the screen stays dark past 45 minutes on charge, the cell has dropped below recoverable voltage.

My Halo2 gets noticeably warm near the battery area during the first few charges with the new cell — is that normal?

A new high-impedance cell generates more heat during the initial charge cycles than a broken-in one. The charge IC works harder to push current through the higher internal resistance of a fresh lithium cell. The warmth should reduce after two or three full charge cycles as the cell's internal resistance settles. If the phone stays hot to the touch past the third cycle or the back panel feels too hot to hold comfortably, check that the battery connector is seated flat with no bent pins causing a high-resistance contact point.
