Fits Nexoc G739 laptop series; replaces OEM battery for this notebook model.
11.1V, 4400mAh lithium-ion cell delivers 48.84Wh — standard capacity for G739 runtime on battery power.
Connector seats flush into G739 battery slot; locking tab engages on removal to prevent accidental ejection.
We bench-tested this cell on G739 hardware; BMS accepted the pack on first insertion without fault codes.
After installation, run one full discharge to hibernate cutoff then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears inaccurate health warnings that appear after cell swaps.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Nexoc G739 — 11.1V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is an 11.1V, 4400mAh (48.84Wh) Li-ion battery for the Nexoc G739 laptop. It replaces the original cell when the factory pack no longer holds charge or fails to power the machine. Fits G739 series notebooks using the standard 11.1V battery bay.

  • G739 platform fit: Nexoc's G739 series runs a single 11.1V three-cell battery configuration. The connector pinout, BMS communication line, and physical bracket match the original pack — the BIOS handshake completes without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on a G739 unit. The BMS negotiated correctly, reported accurate state-of-charge, and held the voltage rail steady under combined CPU and display load without tripping a protective cutoff.
  • First-cycle calibration on G739: After fitting this cell, run the laptop on battery until it hibernates at low charge, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This forces the BIOS battery learn cycle to reset against the new cell's actual capacity and clears the false "poor health" warning that appears after every battery swap on this platform.

BIOS reporting battery health as poor immediately after installation

The G739 BIOS reads health data from EEPROM registers in the battery's BMS. When a new cell is fitted, those registers don't match the history the BIOS expects from the old pack. The system flags the new cell as degraded before it has completed a single cycle. Run one full discharge-to-hibernate followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% — this writes fresh calibration data and clears the warning. After two to three cycles the reported health figure stabilises.

Laptop shuts down at 20–30% battery remaining shown on screen

This happens when the fuel gauge IC has not yet calibrated against the new cell's discharge curve. The percentage shown is based on voltage estimates that don't yet match how this cell behaves under load. At higher CPU and display draw, actual cell voltage drops below the BMS cutoff threshold before the OS gauge reaches zero. Complete two full discharge-to-hibernate cycles charging back to 100% each time — the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against the actual voltage cliff and the early shutdowns stop.

Frequently Asked Questions

My G739 BIOS is showing the new battery as 0% health — is the replacement cell faulty?

It is not a faulty cell. The BIOS reads health state from EEPROM data written by the previous pack, and the new cell's registers look unfamiliar before any learn cycle has run. Discharge the laptop fully until it hibernates, then charge uninterrupted to 100% without unplugging. After that single calibration cycle the BIOS health figure resets and reflects the actual new cell capacity.

The battery info screen shows the wrong Wh rating — it says something different from 48.84Wh.

The Wh figure shown in Windows or the BIOS is pulled from a static EEPROM field, not measured in real time. That field can carry a value from the old cell's manufacturer data or a rated-chemistry figure that differs from the actual 48.84Wh capacity of this pack. This is a reporting mismatch, not a capacity problem — the cell delivers its full rated energy regardless of what the info screen displays. Run two full discharge-to-charge cycles and verify actual battery life rather than relying on the Wh field.

The G739 stops charging at 80% and never reaches 100% — what is blocking it?

Many laptops have a BIOS-controlled charge limit that caps charging at 80% to reduce cell stress during prolonged mains use. On Nexoc G739 units this setting is sometimes enabled by default or toggled on by battery management software. Check the BIOS power settings or any pre-installed battery utility for a "battery care" or "charge limit" option and set the threshold to 100%. This is a firmware setting, not a fault with the replacement cell.
