32.4V 2000mAh lithium-ion cell delivers full motor power through the complete cleaning cycle.
Connector slides into the battery slot with a quarter-turn locking tab; confirm orientation before insertion.
We bench-tested this pack on the EO99 platform; BMS accepted charge on first cycle with no fault codes.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously—trickle charge degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Nordischer OB EO99 Series — 32.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (GS_20_20_001495)

This 32.4V, 2000mAh (64.8Wh) lithium-ion battery fits the Nordischer OB EO99 cordless stick vacuum and its EO99F1NO variants. It replaces OEM part numbers GS_20_20_001495, SS-2230002589, and ZR905001. When the original cell loses capacity and suction drops well before the indicator reaches low, this is the direct swap.

  • EO99 and EO99F1NO variant fit: The EO99F1NO/4Q0, /4Q2, and /4Q3 models share the same 32.4V battery architecture, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. One cell covers all three production revisions without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the EO99 platform. The BMS held cutoff correctly under motor-start surge and settled at a stable discharge curve across the full capacity range.
  • Dock charging behaviour on the EO99: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock indefinitely. Continuous dock connection exposes this cell chemistry to low-level trickle current that accelerates capacity fade. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

The EO99 motor draws harder when the filter is partially blocked — airflow restriction forces the motor to work beyond its rated current draw. The BMS reads this as a high-drain event and begins throttling voltage output to protect the cell, which the user feels as lost suction. The battery indicator may still show two bars because cell voltage hasn't collapsed — the throttle is happening upstream of what the indicator measures. Clean the filter first, then retest. If suction recovers, the battery is not the issue.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then restarts after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the vacuum hits a dense carpet pile or a sustained blockage, current demand spikes. The BMS cuts the output circuit to protect the cell, then resets once thermal and current conditions drop. On the EO99, this trip-and-recover cycle usually points to a blocked brush roll or clogged post-motor filter — both force sustained high current draw. Clear the blockage, check the post-motor filter, and the trip threshold should not be reached again under normal use.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Nordischer EO99 loses suction halfway through a clean but the battery indicator still shows charge — what's happening?

This is voltage sag under motor load, not a dead cell. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, and the BMS throttles output to protect the cell before the indicator reflects it. Clean the filter and brush roll first — if suction returns to full strength, the battery is fine. If suction is still weak after cleaning, check that the replacement cell voltage reads at or above 32V on a multimeter at rest.

The EO99 motor keeps cutting out for a few seconds then comes back on — is this the battery or the vacuum?

That pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip resetting itself. It happens when the motor is under sustained restricted airflow — dense carpet, a jammed brush roll, or a blocked post-motor filter all push current above the BMS cutoff threshold. The BMS cuts output, the motor stops, current drops, the BMS resets, and the motor restarts. Clear the restriction at the brush roll or filter and the trip should stop. If it continues on open hard floor with no blockage, the cell may be sagging — check resting voltage, which should sit above 32V after a full charge.

My EO99 battery fades noticeably after a few months even though I charge it regularly — why?

Continuous dock charging is the most common cause on this vacuum. The EO99 charger doesn't cut to zero when the cell is full — it holds a low maintenance current that slowly degrades cell capacity over weeks of uninterrupted connection. Charge the battery to full, remove the vacuum from the dock, and only return it when the cell is depleted. A replacement cell managed this way will hold its rated 2000mAh capacity significantly longer than one left on permanent dock charge.
