Fits Realme 10 Pro+ and RMX3687, RMX3686 variants using OEM part number BLP951.
3.87V and 4900mAh lithium-polymer cell restores full charge capacity to your device.
Connector slides straight into the original battery slot with no mechanical modifications required.
We bench-tested the BMS handshake on power-up; the fuel gauge IC accepted the new cell without fault codes.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Oppo Realme 10 Pro+ — 3.87V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP951)

The BLP951 is a 3.87V, 4900mAh lithium-polymer cell that fits the Realme 10 Pro+, RMX3687, and RMX3686. It replaces a degraded or failed original battery in the device's rear housing. At 18.96Wh, it matches the stock energy capacity these phones draw across the display, modem, and processor.

  • RMX3687 and RMX3686 compatibility: Both board revisions use the same 3.87V power rail, BMS handshake protocol, and flex connector pinout — the BLP951 cell covers both without any modification to the connector or cable routing.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the cell through a full discharge-charge cycle on a Realme 10 Pro+ test unit. The BMS accepted the cell without fault codes, and the charge IC stepped through CC/CV phases cleanly at the rated voltage ceiling.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes load into an uncalibrated coulomb counter — preventing erratic percentage readings early on.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

A new cell has a slightly different internal resistance profile than the worn cell the fuel gauge IC was calibrated against. Under peak load — 5G modem handoff, high-brightness display, or a background sync burst — voltage can sag below the BMS cutoff threshold even when the OS still reports 20–30% remaining. The fuel gauge IC is reading a stored model of the old cell, not the actual charge state of the new one. Run one full discharge to auto-off, then charge uninterrupted to 100% to force the IC to rewrite its reference curve against the BLP951's actual characteristics.

USB-PD or VOOC fast charge not triggering after installation

On the first charge cycle after a cell swap, the charge IC sometimes withholds proprietary fast-charge negotiation until it confirms the new cell's impedance is within an expected range. This shows as the phone charging at standard 5W even when plugged into a VOOC or PD adapter. Disconnect and reconnect the charging cable after the phone has been on charge for roughly five minutes — by that point the charge IC has sampled the cell and will re-initiate the fast-charge handshake. If it still doesn't trigger, complete one full standard-rate charge cycle first, then retry the fast-charge adapter.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Realme 10 Pro+ keeps shutting off around 25% — is that a faulty cell?

Not necessarily a faulty cell. The fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old battery's discharge curve, so it misjudges the voltage cliff on the new BLP951. Under modem or display load, voltage sags below the BMS cutoff before the OS registers empty. Run one full discharge to auto-shutdown, then charge to 100% without interruption — this forces the coulomb counter to recalibrate against the new cell's actual profile.

The phone won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months before I installed it — what's wrong?

Lithium-polymer cells self-discharge in storage, and if the BLP951 dropped below approximately 2.5V per cell, the BMS trips a deep-discharge lockout to prevent damage. Plug the phone into a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without attempting to power on. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell until voltage clears the BMS recovery threshold, after which the phone should boot normally.

Battery percentage is jumping around — shows 60%, drops to 41%, then jumps back up — is the cell defective?

The erratic percentage is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating, not a defective cell. The IC's stored discharge model was built around the old worn cell, so its estimate of remaining capacity is unreliable until it maps the new BLP951. Complete two full discharge-to-auto-off and uninterrupted charge-to-100% cycles with fast charging disabled — after that the coulomb counter will have enough data points to track the new cell accurately and the percentage readings will stabilise.
