This 3.7V, 900mAh lithium-polymer battery replaces the original GA1Y41551 cell in the Palm Tungsten E2 PDA. It powers the processor, touchscreen, and onboard applications. If the cell voltage is too low, the device appears completely dead even though the battery and hardware are fine. Connect the device to its charger for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on, and confirm the charging LED activates to verify the battery is seated correctly.
