Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Puppyoo T10 Pro — 25.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (INR18650-25R)
This is a 25.2V, 2500mAh Li-ion battery pack for the Puppyoo T10 Pro cordless stick vacuum. It replaces the original INR18650-25R cell pack when the existing battery no longer holds charge or delivers enough power to run the motor. Capacity matches the factory spec at 63Wh.
- T10 Pro platform fit: The T10 Pro runs a 25.2V motor rail with a BMS that monitors cell voltage and current draw at startup. This pack matches that voltage configuration and connector geometry, so the BMS handshake completes and the vacuum powers on normally.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated charge and discharge sequences, confirming the BMS engages overcurrent protection correctly under simulated high-draw conditions and releases cleanly after the load drops.
- Dock charging discipline on the T10 Pro: Do not leave the T10 Pro sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charging accelerates capacity fade in this cell format. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next use.
Suction dropping before the T10 Pro battery indicator reaches low
A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated to maintain airflow. The battery voltage sags under that sustained load, and suction weakens even though the indicator still shows remaining charge. The BMS reads cell voltage, not filter state — it won't warn you. Clean or replace the filter first, then test suction again before concluding the battery is the cause.
T10 Pro motor cuts out mid-clean, then recovers after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When airflow is restricted — by a clogged filter, a blocked brush roll, or a sealed-off inlet — motor current spikes beyond the BMS threshold and the pack shuts the output off as a protection response. The BMS resets once the cell temperature and current settle, which is why the vacuum restarts after a short pause. Clear the blockage, then restart the vacuum; if the cutout stops, the battery is fine and the issue was restriction-driven, not cell failure.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Puppyoo T10 Pro seems to run out of power much faster after months of leaving it on the dock — is the battery just worn out?
Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of early capacity fade in the T10 Pro. The charger delivers a trickle current even after the pack is full, and sustained low-level charging degrades Li-ion cells faster than normal cycle use. A replacement pack will restore capacity, but the same fade will return quickly if the vacuum stays on the dock permanently. Charge to full, remove it from the dock, and only reconnect when the battery needs a top-up.
The T10 Pro cuts out after a few seconds on the high-power mode, but works fine on low — what's causing that?
High-power mode pulls significantly more current from the 25.2V pack, and if the cells have degraded even partially, the voltage sags fast enough to trigger the BMS overcurrent or undervoltage cutoff. On low mode the draw stays within threshold, so the vacuum keeps running. Check the filter is clean first — a restricted filter amplifies the current spike on high mode. If the filter is clear and the cutout still happens, the cell capacity has dropped below what high-power mode needs, and a replacement pack is the fix.
I installed the new INR18650-25R pack but the T10 Pro won't start charging — the indicator light doesn't come on at all.
The T10 Pro charger expects a BMS handshake before it begins delivering current. If the replacement pack's BMS has gone into deep-discharge lockout — which can happen if the pack sat in storage too long — the charger sees no valid response and stays off. Try connecting the vacuum to the charger and leaving it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything; some BMS units will accept a slow recovery current before the handshake completes. If the indicator still doesn't come on after that, confirm the dock contacts are clean and making solid contact with the vacuum's charging pins.
