Fits Tineco Pure One S11 and A11 cordless stick vacuums replacing OEM part ZB1965-20P.
21.6V and 2000mAh capacity deliver full motor torque on carpet and hard floors without voltage sag.
Battery slides into the handle slot with a single locking tab — connector seats flush when fully inserted.
We bench-tested this cell on a Pure One S11 motor load; BMS handled startup current cleanly with no cutoff lag.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously — cordless vacuum chargers cause capacity fade when cells sit on trickle charge past full.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Tineco Pure One S11 / A11 — 21.6V Li-ion Replacement Battery (ZB1965-20P)

This 21.6V, 2000mAh lithium-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Tineco Pure One S11 and A11 cordless stick vacuums. It matches OEM part numbers ZB1965-20P, S11-01, and 9VSPT111300. Swap it in when your original cell no longer holds charge or the vacuum shuts off early in a cleaning session.

  • Pure One S11 and A11 compatibility: Both models run the same 21.6V motor rail and use an identical connector and BMS handshake protocol. One battery cell covers both platforms without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge cycles on a Pure One S11 unit and confirmed the BMS communicated correctly with the vacuum's charge controller — no false low-battery flags and no overcurrent trips at sustained motor load.
  • Dock charging on the S11 and A11: Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently. Continuous dock charging develops capacity fade significantly faster than charging only when the cell is depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

The S11 motor draws harder when airflow is restricted — a partially blocked filter causes current draw to spike above the cell's rated delivery threshold. The BMS responds by throttling output voltage before the indicator LED registers a low charge. The vacuum feels like it's losing power when the actual problem is upstream of the battery. Clean or replace the filter first; if suction restores at full throttle, the cell isn't the fault.

Motor cuts out mid-session and then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted suction — from a clogged filter or blocked brush roll — forces the motor to draw above the safe continuous current ceiling. The BMS cuts output to protect the cell, then resets once temperature drops. The pause that follows is the BMS re-arming, not the battery recharging. Clear the blockage and check brush roll for hair wrap before assuming the cell is faulty.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Tineco S11 charges fine but shuts off way sooner than it used to — is the new battery the issue or something else?

Short runtime on a new cell is almost always a restricted airflow problem, not a weak battery. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which drains the cell faster and can trigger BMS throttling early. Remove and tap out the filter, then check the brush roll for hair wrap. If runtime improves after clearing those, the battery is not the fault.

The vacuum ran fine for a few weeks after I installed the replacement battery, but now it barely holds charge — what happened?

Leaving the S11 on the dock continuously after it reaches full charge is the most common cause of rapid capacity fade on this platform. Lithium-ion cells degrade faster under sustained trickle charge than they do from normal discharge cycles. Charge the battery to full, remove the vacuum from the dock, and only return it when the cell is depleted. Cells damaged this way cannot fully recover, but stopping the behaviour now will slow further loss.

The replacement battery won't trigger the charger at all — the dock light never comes on. What do I check first?

The S11 charger expects a specific BMS handshake before it begins a charge cycle. If the dock light stays dark, the cell voltage may have dropped below the BMS recovery threshold — typically below 15V on a 21.6V pack. Connect a multimeter to the battery terminals and confirm you're reading above 15V. If the cell reads below that, attempt a recovery charge using a compatible lithium charger that supports a boost or recovery mode to bring the pack back above the handshake threshold.
