This 11.1V 3400mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original NCR1650-3S1P pack in the Plus Minus Zero XJC-Y010 and XJB-B021 cordless vacuum cleaners. It fits directly into both models and restores full motor voltage to the cleaning head. Capacity matches the factory spec at 3400mAh (37.74Wh).

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a motor fault. When sustained suction is restricted — blocked filter, clogged nozzle, or dense carpet — current draw spikes past the BMS threshold and the pack disconnects to protect the cells. The battery recovers once temperature and load drop, which is why the vacuum restarts after a pause. Clear the blockage, check the filter is seated correctly, and confirm the pack rests at 12.4V or above before the next use — a low starting voltage tightens the margin before the BMS trips again.

That's the BMS tripping on overcurrent, not a motor failure. Sustained restricted airflow — blocked nozzle or a clogged filter — pushes current draw past the BMS protection threshold, and the pack disconnects. My replacement battery isn't charging on the original XJC-Y010 dock — the light just blinks and stops.
The XJC-Y010 charger expects a specific handshake from the BMS before it delivers charge current. A blinking-then-stopping light usually means the charger didn't receive that handshake — often because the pack voltage has dropped too low for the charger to recognise it, or there's a pin contact issue at the dock connector. Clean the dock contacts with a dry cloth, then try connecting the battery directly and checking for 11.1V at the terminals with a multimeter. If the pack reads below 9V, it has likely deep-discharged past the recovery threshold.
