Fits Red Solution H06-LI-1440-2600 cordless vacuum cleaners and restores power to compatible stick models.
14.4V at 2600mAh delivers 37.44Wh total energy for sustained cleaning cycles on restricted suction.
Connector seats vertically into dock slot with locking tab engagement; orientation fixed by contact geometry.
We bench tested the BMS under sustained 15A motor draw on carpet blockage — no early cutoff, voltage held steady until final discharge.
Do not leave this cell on the charging dock continuously after reaching full charge — trickle current degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Red Solution H06-LI-1440-2600 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for Red Solution cordless vacuum cleaners using OEM part number H06-LI-1440-2600. It restores full voltage to the motor drive circuit when the original cell has degraded. Capacity is rated at 37.44Wh.

  • Red Solution cordless vacuum platform: Models in this range share the H06-LI-1440-2600 cell format because they run the same 14.4V motor rail with a matching connector and BMS communication protocol. Swapping in a different voltage pack trips the motor controller.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through a simulated vacuum load profile. The BMS held the 14.4V rail steady under sustained motor draw and triggered the overcurrent cutoff correctly when we forced a blocked-filter condition, then reset cleanly on release.
  • Dock charging practice on cordless vacuums: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock between every use. Continuous trickle charge on a Li-ion cell accelerates capacity fade. Charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock until the next cleaning session.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS expects, pulling the cell voltage below the threshold that sustains full motor speed. A partially blocked filter is the most common trigger — restricted airflow forces the motor to work harder, increasing current draw. The BMS reads the voltage sag as a near-depleted cell and begins throttling output. Clear the filter first; if suction stays weak, the cell itself may have degraded below its rated capacity.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and recovering after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the vacuum works against a blockage or a clogged filter, current spikes above the BMS protection threshold and the circuit opens. The motor stops, the BMS resets internally, and power returns once the overcurrent condition clears. Check and clean the filter and brush roll before suspecting the battery — if the trips stop after clearing the restriction, the cell and BMS are functioning correctly. If trips continue on a clear filter, measure resting voltage; it should sit at or above 14.4V after a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Red Solution cordless vacuum loses suction well before the battery light shows low — is the battery failing or is something else causing this?

A clogged filter is usually the cause, not a failed cell. Restricted airflow forces the motor to draw excess current, which pulls cell voltage down and triggers the BMS to reduce output — the vacuum interprets this as a low battery even when charge remains. Clean the filter and brush roll first. If suction stays weak after clearing the restriction, charge the battery fully and check resting voltage; a healthy 14.4V Li-ion cell should hold at or above 14.4V off the charger.

The vacuum cuts out for a few seconds, then powers back on by itself — what is happening?

That is the BMS overcurrent protection tripping and resetting. When the motor fights a blockage or a full dust cup, current spikes past the BMS threshold, the circuit opens, and the motor stops briefly until the BMS clears the fault. It is a protection feature, not a fault with the battery itself. Remove the blockage, empty the dust cup, and clean the filter — if the cutouts stop, the battery and BMS are working correctly.

This replacement battery degraded faster than expected — I charged it after every use and kept it on the dock overnight. What went wrong?

Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of early capacity fade in cordless vacuum batteries. Li-ion cells on a permanent trickle charge accumulate stress at the top of their charge cycle, which breaks down cell chemistry faster than normal use cycles would. Charge the battery to full and remove the vacuum from the dock — do not leave it plugged in overnight. Following this routine on the new cell will keep capacity closer to the rated 2600mAh for significantly longer.
