Fits ResMed Elisee 150 and Respirador Saime ventilators; replaces OEM part numbers SE301116, U0126274, and 43.888.8482.
14.4V 6600mAh lithium-ion delivers full portable runtime for non-invasive ventilation therapy during transport and home care without AC power.
Connector seats flush into the device battery slot with positive contact alignment; locking tab secures the pack against vibration during patient mobility.
We bench-tested this cell in an Elisee 150 charging circuit; the BMS accepted the new pack on first insertion with normal charge acceptance profile.
After installation, let the device complete its power-on self-test cycle uninterrupted — the medical device BMS verifies cell chemistry at startup, and stopping this sequence triggers a false battery fault requiring a full reboot to clear.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

ResMed Elisee 150 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (SE301116)

This 14.4V 6600mAh lithium-ion battery replaces the internal power pack in the ResMed Elisee 150 portable ventilator and Respirador Saime. It matches OEM part numbers SE301116, U0126274, and 43.888.8482. Use it to maintain uninterrupted ventilation therapy when AC power is unavailable — during transport, home care, or emergency situations.

  • Elisee 150 and Respirador Saime compatibility: Both units share the same 14.4V battery rail, BMS handshake protocol, and physical connector — one cell fits both without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on the Elisee 150 platform. The BMS completed communication handshake correctly, and the charge IC accepted the cell without triggering a fault condition.
  • Post-installation self-test: After fitting the battery, allow the Elisee 150 to complete its full power-on self-test without interruption. The device runs a BMS verification sequence at startup — cutting power during this window writes a false battery fault that persists until the next clean reboot.

Why the Elisee 150 flags a battery fault after a correct installation

The Elisee 150 runs a BMS learn cycle when it first sees a new cell. Until that cycle completes, the device treats the cell as unverified and may raise a battery fault even when the pack is fully charged. This is not a defective battery — it is the device's authentication sequence running as expected. One full charge-to-discharge-to-charge cycle clears the learned state and aligns the BMS to the new cell's actual capacity. Do not present the device for clinical use until that first cycle is complete.

Charge indicator stops below 100% on first charge

On a new cell, the Elisee 150's charge IC applies a conservative current limit during the first charge pass. The indicator may stall between 90% and 98% for an extended period before completing — this is the IC running a cautious top-off on an unconditioned cell, not a fault. Do not disconnect the charger early. Let the charge cycle terminate naturally; the indicator will reach 100% once the IC confirms the cell voltage has stabilised at 16.8V.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Elisee 150 is alarming low battery immediately after I charged the replacement pack overnight — what's happening?

The Elisee 150's BMS sets its low-battery alarm threshold against a verified cell profile. A new cell hasn't completed its learn cycle yet, so the device flags it as below threshold even at a full state of charge. Run one complete charge-discharge-charge cycle without interrupting the device mid-sequence. After that cycle, the BMS will recognise the cell's true capacity and the alarm will clear.

The Elisee 150 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in the box for several months — is the cell dead?

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage. If the pack dropped below the BMS recovery threshold (typically around 10–11V per module), the BMS locks out to prevent damage and the device will not boot. Connect the battery to a charger and leave it for a minimum of four hours before attempting to power the device on — most BMS controllers will accept a slow trickle from a compatible charger and recover the cell to a bootable voltage. If the cell recovers above 12V on the charger, attempt a normal boot sequence.

The Elisee 150 shuts off unexpectedly during use even though the battery showed more than 50% charge before it went off — what causes this?

New cells have higher internal resistance in their first ten cycles, which causes a sharper voltage sag under the ventilator's load profile than the BMS expects at that state of charge. When the instantaneous voltage drops below the BMS cutoff threshold during a high-draw phase — such as pressure delivery on inspiration — the device shuts down as a protective measure. This behaviour reduces significantly after the cell is broken in over several full cycles. Track discharge carefully during the first ten uses and recharge before the indicator drops below 30%.
