This is a 3.7V, 1050mAh Li-ion battery for Samsung compact cameras that use the SLB-10A battery standard, including models listed under the CB-105 and FH-D90 designations. It measures 43.30 × 31.30 × 7.10mm and slots into the same compartment as the original Samsung cell. Voltage and physical dimensions match the OEM spec.

• CB-105 and FH-D90 platform fit: Both designations refer to cameras sharing the same battery bay geometry and 3.7V power rail. The connector orientation and cell footprint are identical across these models, so one cell covers both.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on an SLB-10A compatible body. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags and held a stable voltage curve through the full discharge range.
• First-install charge cycle on Samsung bodies: Before shooting, seat the battery and run one full charge cycle through the camera body or OEM charger. Samsung's battery-remaining indicator maps to a discharge curve it calibrates on first charge — skipping this step causes the percentage display to jump erratically.

Flash recycling slowing down as the cell drains

The flash capacitor in compact cameras draws a surge of current each time it recharges between shots. As cell voltage drops toward the lower end of the discharge curve — typically below 3.5V under load — the capacitor takes longer to reach full charge. This shows up as slower recycle times and, in some cases, reduced flash output on the last quarter of charge. Avoid shooting sustained flash sequences when the indicator shows one bar remaining.

Battery percentage jumping erratically on the display

Samsung compact cameras map their fuel gauge to a specific discharge curve stored in the camera's BMS. A new cell with a slightly different internal resistance profile can cause the indicator to read high, then drop several bars at once. This is a calibration mismatch, not a faulty cell. Run two full charge-to-discharge cycles through the camera body and the gauge will stabilise to accurate readings.
