Fits Sichler PCR-7500 cordless vacuum, replaces OEM battery pack NX-3368-919.
14.8V lithium-ion cell at 3500mAh delivers full motor voltage under sustained suction loads.
Connector slides straight into the dock mount with a single locking tab engagement.
Bench testing showed stable BMS voltage regulation through repeated motor startup cycles without cutoff.
Do not leave this pack on the charging dock continuously — cordless vacuums fade capacity faster under trickle charge than cycled charge-and-remove patterns.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Sichler PCR-7500 — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (NX-3368-919)

This is a 14.8V 3500mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Sichler PCR-7500 cordless vacuum cleaner. It slots into the same bay as the original pack and connects to the same BMS handshake the vacuum's control board expects. Capacity is rated at 51.8Wh — identical to the factory specification.

  • PCR-7500 platform fit: The PCR-7500 runs a 14.8V four-cell Li-ion architecture. The battery's connector pinout and BMS communication match the vacuum's charge controller, so the dock charges the pack without triggering a fault state.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated motor-load draws and monitored BMS cutoff thresholds. The protection circuit held correctly at undervoltage and overcurrent limits without nuisance tripping under normal suction load.
  • Dock charging habit for the PCR-7500: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently between uses. Continuous trickle charging on these packs accelerates capacity fade noticeably faster than charging only when the battery is depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the PCR-7500

This is a voltage sag issue, not a capacity issue. When the motor draws current against a restriction — a partially blocked filter or full dust container — the cell voltage dips temporarily below the BMS threshold before the indicator registers low. The vacuum's control board reduces motor power to protect the pack, which reads as lost suction. Clean the filter and empty the container first; if suction restores immediately, the battery is not the cause.

Motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a failed battery. Sustained restricted airflow — usually a clogged filter — forces the motor to draw beyond its rated current, and the BMS interrupts output to prevent cell damage. The pack resets itself once current demand drops, which is why suction returns after a brief pause. Wash the filter, allow it to dry fully before reinstalling, and confirm the dust container is empty before the next run.

Frequently Asked Questions

My PCR-7500 battery drains noticeably faster than it used to even on easy floors — what causes that?

Capacity fade from continuous dock charging is the most common cause. Leaving the vacuum on the dock between every use means the cells spend hours under trickle charge, which degrades lithium-ion cells faster than normal cycle use. A replacement pack will restore rated capacity, but charge it only when depleted and remove it from the dock once full. If the new pack also fades quickly within a few months, the dock charging habit is the cause.

The PCR-7500 won't charge on the dock after fitting the replacement battery — charger light just stays off.

The dock expects a BMS handshake from the battery before initiating the charge cycle. If the light stays off entirely, the pack's BMS may not be communicating correctly with the charger — confirm the battery terminals are clean and fully seated in the bay. Try removing and re-seating the pack firmly; a partial connection breaks the handshake circuit. If the dock light still does not respond, check the dock output voltage at the terminals — it should read approximately 16.8V when no pack is connected.

The PCR-7500 loses suction halfway through a clean even though the battery indicator still shows two bars — is the battery at fault?

Usually not. Two bars on the indicator means the pack is still above roughly 13V, which is sufficient to drive the motor at full speed. Suction loss at that state of charge almost always points to a filter restriction forcing the motor to work harder than rated, causing the control board to throttle power before the BMS trips. Remove and clean the filter — if suction returns to full strength immediately after, the battery is not the issue. If suction stays weak with a clean filter and fresh charge, measure resting voltage at the pack terminals; a healthy cell should read 16V or above after a full charge.
