Fits Airrobo P10 cordless vacuum; replaces OEM battery pack for motor operation.
14.8V and 2600mAh capacity deliver full motor torque on restricted suction loads.
Battery slides vertically into the P10 grip slot with spring-tab locking on insertion.
We bench-tested this cell under sustained motor draw; BMS held steady without nuisance cutoff.
Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently — continuous dock charge degrades capacity significantly faster than charge-then-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Airrobo P10 — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.8V, 2600mAh (38.48Wh) lithium-ion battery pack for the Airrobo P10 cordless stick vacuum. It replaces the original pack when capacity has dropped or the battery no longer holds a charge. Fits the P10 motor assembly directly.

  • P10 platform fit: The P10 runs a 14.8V four-cell Li-ion configuration. The motor controller is tuned to this voltage rail, and the connector pinout matches the original pack. Swapping voltage or cell count outside spec causes the controller to reject the battery or under-perform.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles on the P10 motor. The BMS held cutoff correctly at low-cell voltage, and the pack delivered consistent output across hard floor and carpet resistance loads without tripping overcurrent protection.
  • Dock charging habit on the P10: Do not leave the P10 sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charge accelerates capacity fade on Li-ion cells. Charge the pack fully, then remove it from the dock until the next use cycle.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the P10

This happens because the P10 motor draws significantly more current when airflow is restricted — a partially blocked filter forces the motor to work harder, pulling the cell voltage down faster than the indicator expects. The indicator reads state of charge under light load, not under the actual motor draw at the time. The result is suction loss well before the battery light signals low. Clean or replace the filter first, then retest — if suction holds longer, the filter was the cause, not the battery.

P10 motor cuts out mid-clean then restarts after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is blocked — by a clogged filter, a jammed brush roll, or a sealed nozzle — motor current spikes past the BMS threshold and the pack shuts output to protect the cells. After a few seconds the BMS resets and the motor restarts. The fix is to clear the restriction before running again. If the cutout repeats on a clean filter with a new battery, check the brush roll for wrapped fibres and confirm the nozzle pathway is clear.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Airrobo P10 loses suction halfway through a clean but the battery indicator still shows plenty of charge — what's happening?

A partially blocked filter forces the P10 motor to draw more current than rated, which drags cell voltage down and drops suction well before the indicator catches up. The indicator reads charge state under light load, not under real motor demand. Clean or replace the filter and run again — if suction holds longer, the filter was pulling excess current, not a battery fault. If suction still drops with a clean filter and a fresh battery, check the brush roll and nozzle for blockages.

The P10 motor keeps cutting out and restarting every minute or so during a clean — is the battery faulty?

That pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a failed battery. When airflow is restricted, motor current spikes above the BMS protection threshold and the pack shuts off output to protect the cells — it resets after a few seconds, which is why the motor restarts. Clear the filter, check the brush roll for wound-up hair or fibre, and confirm the nozzle path is open before running again. A new battery will trip the same way if the restriction is still there.

The replacement battery charged and worked fine at first, but capacity has dropped noticeably after a few weeks — what causes that?

Leaving the P10 on the charging dock continuously is the most common cause of early capacity fade on Li-ion packs. Sustained trickle charge at full state of charge stresses the cells and degrades capacity faster than normal cycling would. Charge the pack to full, then remove it from the dock and store the vacuum unplugged until the next use. Following that habit from the first charge cycle will keep the cells in better condition across the battery's full life.
