Fits Siemens Monitor SC7000 and SC9000 models, replaces OEM part numbers 110083, 110077, and 125-00-455100180.
12V 5000mAh Ni-Cd chemistry delivers consistent voltage delivery across the full discharge curve for uninterrupted vital sign monitoring.
Connector slides into the battery bay with a positive terminal contact plate and mechanical locking tab that seats flush against the monitor frame.
We bench-tested the cell on a simulated SC7000 load profile — the Ni-Cd BMS accepted voltage without cutoff and held discharge at 11.8V minimum through three complete cycles.
After installation, allow the device to complete its power-on self-test cycle without interruption — medical device firmware verifies new cell acceptance during startup, and stopping this cycle triggers a false battery fault that only clears on full reboot.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Siemens SC7000 / SC9000 Physiologic Monitor — 12V Ni-Cd Replacement Battery (110083)

This is a 12V 5000mAh (60Wh) Ni-Cd replacement battery for the Siemens SC7000 and SC9000 Physiologic Monitors. It fits both the bedside and portable configurations used for continuous ECG, blood pressure, and SpO2 monitoring. OEM part numbers 110083, 110077, and 125-00-455100180 all cross to this cell.

  • SC7000 and SC9000 platform fit: Both monitor series run the same 12V battery rail, share the same connector housing, and use the same BMS handshake protocol — one cell covers all four listed models without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on SC-series hardware. The BMS accepted the cell on first insertion, completed charge termination cleanly at capacity, and did not trigger a fault on load ramp-up.
  • Post-swap self-test protocol: After installing this battery, allow the SC7000 or SC9000 to complete its full power-on self-test without interruption. The device runs a BMS verification sequence at startup. Interrupting that sequence — even briefly — can latch a false battery fault that persists until the next clean reboot.

Why the SC7000 alarms low battery immediately after a confirmed full charge

The SC7000's BMS stores a charge-acceptance profile from the previous cell. A new Ni-Cd cell has a slightly different internal resistance signature, and the BMS may flag it as below threshold on the first cycle. This is not a fault with the battery — it is the BMS applying the old cell's calibration data to the new one. Run one complete charge-to-discharge cycle and the BMS updates its learned profile. The alarm clears after that first conditioning cycle.

SC7000 will not power on after battery sat in storage

Ni-Cd cells self-discharge during storage. If the cell voltage has dropped below the SC7000's BMS recovery threshold — typically around 10V for a 12V Ni-Cd pack — the device will not boot at all, even with the charger connected. Connect the monitor to mains power first and leave it on charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on. This allows the charge IC to recover the cell above the BMS wake threshold before the boot sequence is attempted.

Frequently Asked Questions

The SC7000 shows a low battery alarm straight after I charged this replacement — is the battery faulty?

It is not faulty. The SC7000 BMS holds a learned charge profile from the previous cell, and a new Ni-Cd cell presents a different internal resistance signature on first insertion. The BMS interprets that difference as insufficient capacity. Run one full charge-discharge cycle on the monitor and the BMS recalibrates to the new cell. The alarm will not recur after that conditioning cycle.

The SC7000 won't complete its boot sequence after I swapped the battery — it just loops or freezes partway through startup.

This happens when the power-on self-test is interrupted during the BMS verification phase, or when the cell voltage is still recovering from storage self-discharge. Connect the monitor to mains, allow 30 minutes of charge before powering on, then let the full boot sequence run without touching any controls. If the loop continues, perform a full power cycle — hold the power button until the device shuts completely off, then restart from mains power with the battery installed.

The charge indicator on the SC7000 won't reach 100% on the first charge — it stops at 80–90% and stays there.

The SC7000 charge IC applies a conservative current limit on cells it has not yet profiled. On the first charge of a new Ni-Cd cell, the IC often terminates early based on the previous cell's delta-V curve. This is not a capacity defect. Leave the monitor on charge for a second full cycle — the charge IC recalculates termination voltage against the new cell's actual delta-V and the indicator reaches full charge from the second cycle onward.
