If the voltage sags below the BMS cutoff threshold at peak draw, the lift cuts power mid-operation as a safety measure. This is not a fault — it is the BMS protecting the motor and gearbox from undervoltage. Complete two or three full charge-discharge cycles to condition the cell, and the voltage sag under peak load will drop to within spec. Check that resting voltage reads at least 25.2V before each use during the break-in period.
