Fits SoftBank X03HT smartphone; replaces OEM part number LIBR160.
This 3.7V, 2250mAh lithium-ion cell restores full talk and standby power to the X03HT.
Connector slides into the original battery slot with no modifications needed.
We bench-tested the LIBR160 cell on X03HT hardware; the BMS accepted the new pack without fault codes on first insertion.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

SoftBank X03HT — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (LIBR160)

This is a 3.7V, 2250mAh Li-ion cell that replaces the original battery in the SoftBank X03HT smartphone. It fits the X03HT directly and matches the OEM voltage rail and connector. Capacity is rated at 8.33Wh — figures are taken from product data, not estimated.

  • X03HT platform fit: The X03HT uses a single-cell 3.7V Li-ion pack with a specific connector pinout and BMS handshake. This cell matches that voltage rail and connector geometry — 54.03 × 39.60 × 11.37mm — so it seats without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the X03HT platform. The BMS accepted the cell without fault flags, and the charge IC reached full termination voltage without interruption.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-to-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC map its coulomb counter against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging begins on an uncalibrated cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the X03HT after a cell swap

The X03HT's fuel gauge IC was calibrated to the original cell's discharge curve. A new cell with a different internal resistance profile causes the reported state-of-charge to diverge from actual voltage. Under modem or screen load, the cell voltage drops faster than the gauge predicts, and the phone shuts off before the display reaches 0%. One full discharge-charge cycle — taken slowly, without fast charge enabled — resets the coulomb counter and tightens percentage accuracy.

X03HT won't power on after sitting in storage with a flat battery

If the cell discharged below roughly 2.5V during storage, the BMS enters a protection lockout to prevent cell damage. The phone will show no response on the charger for several minutes — this is normal. Connect to a wall charger, not a PC USB port, and leave it for 15–20 minutes without pressing the power button. Once the BMS registers safe voltage, the charge IC takes over and the boot sequence starts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my X03HT show the wrong battery percentage after I put in the new cell?

The fuel gauge IC on the X03HT uses a coulomb counter calibrated to the original cell's discharge curve. A replacement cell with different internal resistance throws that calibration off immediately. Run one full discharge down to auto-shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% with fast charge disabled. After that single cycle, the gauge re-maps to the new cell and percentage readings stabilise.

The X03HT gets noticeably warm near the battery during the first few charges — is something wrong?

A new Li-ion cell starts with higher impedance than a broken-in cell. The charge IC pushes current into that higher-resistance cell, and the extra heat is a byproduct of that mismatch — not a fault. It settles after two or three charge cycles as the cell's internal resistance drops toward its rated value. If the phone stays warm beyond the third cycle or the charger disconnects early, check that the charger output matches the OEM spec of 5V.

Fast charging stopped working on my X03HT right after I swapped the battery — what's happening?

On the first cycle after a cell swap, some BMS implementations on the X03HT reject the fast-charge handshake until the cell has completed at least one standard charge cycle. The charge IC defaults to a lower current rate as a precaution. Charge the phone once at standard speed using the OEM charger, let it reach 100%, then unplug and restart the phone. Fast charge typically re-enables on the second cycle once the BMS registers a completed charge event.
