My base station shows the headset is charging but the battery icon never moves — what's wrong?
The BMS handshake between a new cell and the base station sometimes stalls if the cell voltage is at the lower edge of the storage range. The headset gets warm near the earpiece during long calls — is that normal for this cell size?
