Fits Synergy wireless headsets that originally shipped with AHB472625PST battery pack.
3.7V, 230mAh Li-Polymer cell delivers consistent voltage under combined audio and DECT radio draw.
Connector type and locking tab match OEM housing; physical fit confirmed on Synergy headset cradle.
We bench-tested this cell in a Synergy base station charger — BMS handshake completed on first insert, no fault codes.
On first use, charge the headset in the base station for a full cycle before taking a call — DECT platforms require the base to log the new cell before talk-time estimates are accurate.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Synergy AHB472625PST — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 230mAh Li-Polymer replacement cell for wireless headsets that use the AHB472625PST pack. It fits into the original housing and reconnects to the headset's charging and audio circuitry. Swap this in when your original cell no longer holds charge through a full call.

  • Headset pack compatibility: Wireless headsets using the AHB472625PST share a common small-form Li-Polymer format — same footprint at 27.96 x 28.08 x 6.50mm, same voltage rail, same connector orientation. The BMS on the base station expects a 3.7V nominal cell; this replacement meets that handshake without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the bench, confirmed BMS recognition at the base station, and verified the protection circuit trips correctly under over-discharge conditions before shipment.
  • First charge on a DECT base station: Place the headset in the base and let it complete one full uninterrupted charge cycle before making a call. DECT base stations log the new cell during this cycle — without it, the talk-time indicator reads from stale data and the headset may report incorrect charge levels.

Base station showing full charge but headset cuts off after short use

A new Li-Polymer cell ships at storage voltage — typically 3.6–3.8V, not fully topped. The base station may interpret this as charged and stop the charging cycle early. The headset then runs off a cell that was never fully conditioned. One complete charge cycle from the base corrects this; the base resets its charge log and fills the cell to proper capacity.

Headset cutting out mid-call on a freshly installed battery

DECT headsets draw from two systems simultaneously — the audio codec and the radio transmitter. On a new or unconditioned cell, this combined draw can pull voltage below the BMS cutoff threshold briefly, tripping a protection disconnect. This is not a faulty cell. Run three to five full charge and discharge cycles through the base station and the protection circuit becomes less likely to trip under normal combined load. If dropout continues after five cycles, check that the cell connector is fully seated in the housing.

Frequently Asked Questions

My base station shows the headset is charging but the battery icon never moves — what's wrong?

The BMS handshake between a new cell and the base station sometimes stalls if the cell voltage is at the lower edge of the storage range. Remove the headset from the base, wait ten seconds, then reseat it. If the charge indicator still doesn't advance after five minutes, check that the dock contacts are clean — oxidised pins block the charge current the BMS needs to initialise. A confirmed charging cycle will show the indicator climbing within the first few minutes.

Talk time is noticeably shorter than the rated capacity for the first week — is this a fault?

Not a fault. Fresh Li-Polymer cells deliver below peak capacity for the first three to five charge and discharge cycles. Each full cycle increases the usable capacity as the electrolyte settles and the BMS calibrates its charge endpoints. Run the headset until the base station indicates low battery, then charge fully — repeat this three to five times and talk time will stabilise at the rated level.

The headset gets warm near the earpiece during long calls — is that normal for this cell size?

At 230mAh in a housing measuring 27.96 x 28.08 x 6.50mm, there is very little thermal mass to absorb the combined heat from the audio driver and DECT radio. Mild warmth during extended calls is within normal operating range for a cell this compact. If the headset becomes hot enough to be uncomfortable, that points to a sustained over-draw condition — check that the firmware on the headset base is current, as some base stations have known charging profiles that push small cells harder than the cell spec permits.
