Fits Tecno Camon 11S, Camon iSky3, and Camon i4 models as OEM part BL-34CT replacement.
3.8V and 3200mAh lithium-polymer cell delivers 12.16Wh to sustain processor load and display brightness.
Connector slides vertically into the battery slot with a single plastic locking tab on top.
We ran full discharge cycles on a Camon 11S bench unit; the BMS accepted charge without fault codes.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against the new cell curve before high-current charging.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Tecno Camon 11S / Camon iSky3 / Camon i4 — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BL-34CT)

This is a 3.8V, 3200mAh (12.16Wh) lithium-polymer cell that replaces the OEM BL-34CT battery. It fits the Tecno Camon 11S, Camon iSky3, and Camon i4. Use it to restore full device operation when the original cell degrades or fails.

  • Camon 11S, iSky3, and i4 compatibility: All three models use the same BL-34CT footprint, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The cell dimensions — 87.35 × 64.84 × 3.90mm — match the shared chassis cavity across this product line without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the BL-34CT replacement through a full charge-discharge cycle on the Camon 11S. The BMS accepted the cell, charge IC engaged correctly, and the fuel gauge IC began tracking coulomb count from cycle one. No charge rejection or cutoff errors were observed.
  • First-cycle fuel gauge calibration: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-to-charge cycle at standard rate. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's actual discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated state.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell's voltage curve. The new cell hits a voltage cliff under modem or display load before the reported percentage reaches zero. The phone's power rail collapses faster than the gauge predicts. Run one full discharge to auto-off followed by a complete charge — this resets the coulomb counter baseline and resolves premature shutdowns.

USB fast charge not engaging after a cell swap

On the first cycle after installation, the charge IC may not negotiate the proprietary fast charge protocol with an uncalibrated BMS. The device defaults to standard 5V/1A input as a safety fallback. This is not a hardware fault. Complete one full cycle at standard charge rate — fast charge handshake typically resumes from the second cycle onward once the BMS has a stable voltage reference.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Tecno Camon 11S shuts off at around 25% after I put in the new battery — is the cell faulty?

The cell is not faulty. The fuel gauge IC is still using the discharge curve it mapped to the original worn cell, so it miscalculates the voltage cliff on the new one. Under modem or screen load, the cell voltage drops faster than the gauge expects, and the phone cuts power before the display hits 0%. Run one complete discharge to auto-off, then charge fully without interruption — the coulomb counter resets against the new cell curve and shutdowns stop.

The battery percentage on my Camon iSky3 jumps around erratically after fitting the BL-34CT — it went from 60% to 80% without charging.

The fuel gauge IC is recalibrating against the new cell and has no stable reference curve yet. It interpolates percentage from voltage readings that don't yet match its stored discharge model, causing erratic jumps in both directions. This is a software-side calibration issue, not a defective cell. One full uninterrupted discharge-to-charge cycle at standard rate gives the IC enough data to lock onto the correct curve — erratic readings settle after that cycle.

My Camon i4 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat uninstalled for a few months — is it bricked?

The BMS has entered lockout because the cell self-discharged below the 2.5V recovery threshold during storage. When cell voltage drops that low, the BMS disconnects output to prevent damage and won't release until it sees a trickle charge input. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC supplies a low-current pre-charge to bring the cell above the BMS release threshold, after which normal boot resumes.
