This is a 3.7V, 1200mAh Li-ion battery for the TeXet TM-B410 mobile phone. It replaces part number TB-BL4D directly. Dimensions are 60.00 × 43.80 × 4.50mm — measure your original before ordering if you are unsure.

Why the TM-B410 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap
The fuel gauge IC in the TM-B410 stores a learned discharge curve from the original cell. When a new cell goes in, that stored curve no longer matches the actual voltage-to-capacity relationship of the replacement. The phone reads voltage from the cell but maps it against the old calibration, which shifts the reported percentage up or down from reality. One full discharge-to-shutdown followed by a full charge to 4.2V resets the coulomb counter and lets the IC build a new curve against the actual cell.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the TM-B410 after replacement
This is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity fault. Under screen-on or network load, the cell's internal resistance causes voltage to sag sharply below the phone's minimum operating threshold — even though the gauge still shows charge remaining. The BMS cuts power to protect the cell before the displayed percentage reaches zero. If this happens, run two full unconstrained discharge-charge cycles; if shutdowns persist, check that resting cell voltage reads at least 3.7V on a multimeter before reinstalling.

This is a voltage sag issue, not a defective cell. Under screen or modem load, the cell's internal resistance pulls its terminal voltage below the phone's cutoff threshold before the gauge hits zero. Run two full discharge-charge cycles without interruption to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell. If the phone still cuts out, measure resting cell voltage — it should sit at or above 3.7V before you reinstall.
The battery percentage is jumping around erratically after I fitted the TB-BL4D — what is happening?
The fuel gauge IC is still using the discharge curve it learned from the old cell. The new cell has a slightly different voltage-versus-capacity profile, so the IC maps the same voltage to the wrong percentage. This is not a hardware fault. Do one full uninterrupted discharge until the phone shuts itself off, then charge fully to 4.2V — the coulomb counter will reset and percentage readings will stabilise.
My TM-B410 will not power on after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is the BMS locked out?
Yes — if a Li-ion cell discharges below roughly 2.5V during storage, the BMS locks out to prevent charging a potentially unsafe cell. Connect the phone to a charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button; the charge IC will trickle current into the cell at a safe rate until it clears the BMS lockout threshold. Once the phone shows a charging indicator, proceed with a normal full charge to 4.2V before first use.
