Fits Tineco FW020100US and FW15M-01 smart vacuums; replaces OEM part 61SR18650-2200.
22.2V lithium-ion pack at 2500mAh delivers full motor voltage to restore suction power on carpet.
Slides into the handle slot with a locking tab; connector seats flush with no play.
We ran charge cycles on the Tineco dock with no fault codes; BMS accepted handshake cleanly.
Remove this pack from the charging dock immediately after it reaches full — continuous dock charging degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Tineco FW020100US / iFLOOR Series — 22.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (61SR18650-2200)

This is a 22.2V, 2500mAh (55.5Wh) Li-ion battery pack for the Tineco FW020100US, FW15M-01, HF10E-01, and iFLOOR IPX4 cordless stick vacuums. It replaces OEM part numbers 61SR18650-2200, 6ICNMR19-66, 6IRS18650, and 6ISR18650-2500. If your original pack no longer holds a charge or suction drops within minutes of starting, this is the correct replacement.

  • FW020100US and iFLOOR platform fit: These models share the same 22.2V cell configuration, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. Swapping between them works because the battery management system uses identical charge and discharge communication across this Tineco lineup.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge and discharge cycles on a FW020100US unit. The BMS accepted the handshake on first connection, current draw stayed within rated parameters across carpet and hard floor modes, and the charge indicator tracked accurately through all states.
  • Dock charging habit on cordless vacuums: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently. Cordless stick vacuums on continuous dock power develop capacity fade faster than units charged only when the pack is depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

On the FW020100US, suction loss often happens before the LED indicator signals a low pack. This is voltage sag — the cell voltage drops under motor load faster than the indicator circuit registers it. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which accelerates the sag. Clean the filter first, then test; if suction stabilises, the filter was the cause, not the cells.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering

If the motor stops abruptly during a cleaning pass but restarts after a few seconds, the BMS has tripped on an overcurrent event. This happens when restricted airflow — blocked filter or blocked brush roll — causes sustained high current draw. The BMS cuts power to protect the cells, then resets once current normalises. Clear the blockage completely and verify the filter is seated correctly before running the vacuum again.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Tineco iFLOOR loses suction halfway through cleaning but the battery indicator still shows full — is the battery the problem?

Not necessarily the battery. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw significantly more current than rated, which causes voltage to sag under load even when the indicator reads full. Remove and clean the filter first — if suction holds after that, the filter was restricting airflow, not the pack. If suction still drops after a clean filter, the cells may have degraded and a replacement pack at full 22.2V nominal will restore consistent motor voltage.

The FW020100US won't charge after I installed the replacement battery — the charger light just stays green or doesn't respond.

A steady green or no-response from the charger usually means the BMS handshake didn't complete. Disconnect the pack, wait 30 seconds, and reconnect firmly — the BMS needs a clean connection to initiate the charge cycle. If the pack sat deeply discharged before installation, the BMS may have entered a protection lockout; some Tineco chargers will not begin charging below around 18V. Try connecting the pack directly to the charger without the vacuum body to rule out a dock contact issue.

I replaced the battery but runtime is noticeably shorter than it was when the vacuum was new — did I get a lower-capacity cell?

The replacement pack matches the original 2500mAh, 55.5Wh spec, so capacity is not the difference. Short runtime on a new pack almost always points to a partially blocked filter or brush roll making the motor work harder than rated, which burns through charge faster. A clean filter on a clear brush roll pulls current at the rated draw rate — test with both cleaned and compare. If runtime is still short after clearing all blockages, check that the dock contacts are clean and delivering a full charge to 25.2V before each use.
