Fits Ultenic D1C, MC1, and T10 cordless stick vacuums; replaces OEM part T-4S1P-A.
14.4V Li-ion at 5200mAh delivers 74.88Wh to sustain motor torque on carpet and hard floors.
Connector slides into the battery slot on the handle; locking tab seats flush when fully inserted.
We bench-tested this pack on the D1C motor load; BMS accepted full charge cycle without cutoff errors.
Do not leave this battery on the dock continuously after reaching full charge — trickle current degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Ultenic D1C / MC1 / T10 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (T-4S1P-A)

This is a 14.4V Li-ion replacement battery for the Ultenic D1C, MC1, and T10 cordless stick vacuums. It carries a 5200mAh (74.88Wh) capacity and slots into the same bay as the original pack. It is a direct match for OEM part number T-4S1P-A.

  • D1C, MC1, and T10 platform: All three models share the same 14.4V cell configuration, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. One battery fits all three without modification or adapters.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full discharge and charge sequences on the D1C motor platform. The BMS held steady voltage delivery across both soft-floor and carpet modes, with no false overcurrent trips during sustained high-suction draws.
  • Dock charging habit on stick vacuums: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charging accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion cells at this voltage class. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next clean.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This is one of the most misread symptoms on the D1C platform. The battery indicator shows two or three bars, but suction noticeably weakens. What is actually happening is motor voltage sag — the cell pack can no longer sustain the current the motor demands under load, even though resting voltage still reads normal. A degraded original battery hits this threshold far earlier in the discharge cycle than a fresh pack. A replacement cell at full 14.4V nominal restores the motor's ability to maintain rated suction through the bulk of the discharge curve.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a battery failure. It happens when the motor draws sustained current above the protection threshold — most often caused by a partially blocked filter or a full dust cup forcing the motor to work harder. The BMS shuts the cell off to prevent damage, then resets once current demand drops. Before fitting a replacement battery, clean or replace the filter and empty the dust cup. If the cutout stops after that, the original cells were being pushed past their rated draw limit, not failing on their own.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Ultenic D1C loses suction halfway through a clean even though the battery bars still show as charged — is the new battery going to fix this?

Suction loss before the indicator drops is a voltage-sag problem, not a display calibration issue. The original cells can no longer deliver the current the motor needs under load, even when resting voltage looks fine. A fresh 14.4V 5200mAh pack restores sustained current delivery across the full discharge curve. After fitting the replacement, run one full discharge cycle before judging suction performance — the BMS needs one full cycle to calibrate its state-of-charge readings accurately.

The vacuum cuts out for about 30 seconds then starts working again — does that mean the replacement battery has a fault?

That is a BMS overcurrent trip, and it is almost always triggered by a restricted airflow path rather than a cell fault. When the filter is clogged or the dust cup is full, the motor draws more current than the BMS protection threshold allows, so it shuts off to protect the cells. Clean the filter and empty the dust cup first, then test again. If the cutout stops, the BMS is working correctly — clear the restriction and the replacement battery will run without interruption.

I charged the new T-4S1P-A battery for the full recommended time but the D1C still shows a low charge indicator — what is wrong?

A new Li-ion pack sometimes reads low on the indicator after the first charge because the vacuum's BMS has not yet mapped the new cell's voltage curve. The display is calibrated against the old cell's behaviour. Run the battery down to the point where the vacuum shuts off automatically, then charge it back to full in one uninterrupted session. After that full discharge-and-charge cycle, the BMS recalibrates and the indicator should reflect the actual 14.4V state of charge correctly.
