Fits Panda X7 and Abir R20, R5, X5, X6 cordless vacuums; replaces OEM battery pack.
14.4V 2600mAh lithium-ion delivers full motor voltage across cleaning cycles without sag under filter load.
Slide-on connector seats flush into the dock cradle with a locking tab that engages on full insertion.
We bench tested this cell on the X7 motor circuit — BMS accepted the pack on first dock contact with no handshake delays.
Remove the battery from the charging dock immediately after reaching full charge; continuous dock storage causes trickle current that degrades capacity faster than cycle charging alone.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Panda X7 / Abir X5, X6, R20 — 14.4V Li-ion 2600mAh Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V Li-ion battery rated at 2600mAh (37.44Wh) for the Panda X7 cordless stick vacuum and compatible Abir models. It slots into the same battery bay and connects to the same BMS handshake as the original cell. Fits the X7, Abir R20, X5, and X6 among others.

  • X7 and Abir platform compatibility: The X7, R20, X5, and X6 share the same 14.4V power rail, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol. One cell fits all of them without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge-discharge cycles on compatible hardware. The BMS responded correctly at both the low-voltage cutoff and the charge termination threshold — no false trips, no thermal events.
  • Dock charging on the X7: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock between uses. Cordless vacuums on continuous dock power develop capacity fade faster than those charged only when the battery is depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS allows under sustained load — often triggered by a partially blocked filter, not a failing battery. The motor strains against the restriction, current spikes, and the BMS throttles output voltage before the indicator registers a low charge state. Clean or replace the filter first. If suction recovers immediately, the battery was not the cause. If the drop persists on a clean filter, the cell is likely in early capacity fade and the voltage is sagging under load below the motor's operating threshold.

Motor cuts out mid-use and then restarts after a short pause

This is an overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the vacuum runs on heavy carpet or meets a blockage, the motor draws a sharp current surge. If the filter is restricted even slightly, the draw climbs further and the BMS trips the output to protect the cell. Power returns once the BMS resets — usually within 20–30 seconds. Clear the filter and check for a partial blockage at the brush head or intake. If the trip stops occurring after cleaning, the cell is fine. If it continues on a clear airway, confirm the charger is bringing the cell to a full 16.8V before the next use.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Panda X7 loses suction well before the battery light shows low — is the battery dying or is something else wrong?

Most of the time this is a filter issue, not the battery. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to work harder, draws more current, and causes the BMS to sag output voltage before the charge indicator drops. Clean or replace the filter and test again. If suction returns to normal, the battery is fine — if the sag continues on a clear filter, the cell is losing capacity and voltage is dropping under load.

The vacuum runs for a bit, then the motor cuts out completely, then comes back on — what is happening?

That is a BMS overcurrent trip. The motor pulls a current spike on thick carpet or when airflow is blocked, the BMS cuts output to protect the cell, and power restores once it resets. Check the brush head and intake for a partial blockage first, then clean the filter. If the trips stop after clearing the airway, the battery is not the problem. If they continue on a fully clear vacuum, charge the cell to a full 16.8V and retest before drawing any other conclusion.

I charged this replacement battery fully but the X7 is already fading faster than expected — did I damage it by leaving it on the dock?

Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of early capacity fade in cordless stick vacuums. The charger keeps trickling current into the cell even after it reaches full charge, and repeated trickle cycles degrade cell capacity faster than normal charge-discharge cycles. Going forward, charge the battery to full and remove the vacuum from the dock. If the fade is already significant, run two or three full charge-discharge cycles — discharge until the vacuum shuts off, then charge to 16.8V — to recalibrate the BMS state-of-charge tracking.
