Fits Ultenic D6s stick vacuum, replaces OEM part number GW002-A2-4S1P battery pack.
14.4V 2600mAh lithium-ion cell delivers 37.44Wh—adequate power for typical floor and carpet cleaning cycles.
Connector type slides vertically into the vacuum housing with a single locking tab at base.
We bench tested the GW002-A2-4S1P against a stock D6s pack; BMS accepted charge within two cycles.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously—dock trickle charge degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Ultenic D6s — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (GW002-A2-4S1P)

This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Ultenic D6s cordless stick vacuum. It slots into the D6s battery compartment and uses the same GW002-A2-4S1P specification as the original cell. Capacity is rated at 37.44Wh — identical to factory spec.

  • D6s platform fit: The D6s battery bay uses a fixed voltage rail and a specific connector orientation. This cell matches both, along with the BMS handshake the D6s motor controller expects before it will draw current. A mismatched BMS will cause the vacuum to appear dead even with a charged cell installed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through sustained suction cycles and monitored BMS response under both normal floor cleaning load and high-resistance carpet load. The BMS held voltage without tripping at rated draw, and cutoff triggered correctly at the low-voltage threshold.
  • Dock charging habit on the D6s: Do not leave the D6s sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charging on this cell degrades capacity measurably faster than charging only when depleted. Charge to full, remove from the dock, and store the vacuum off charge.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator shows low

This is a voltage sag issue, not a capacity issue. When the D6s motor encounters resistance — a partially blocked filter, a dense rug, or a restricted inlet — it draws more current than the cell can deliver at stable voltage. The motor controller reads the resulting voltage dip as a low-battery condition and reduces power, even though the battery still holds charge. Clean the filter first. If the sag continues with a clean filter on a new cell, check the inlet path for partial blockages before assuming the battery is at fault.

Motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dying battery. On the D6s, sustained restricted airflow forces the motor to pull above its rated current draw. The BMS detects the spike and shuts the cell down to protect it. After a few seconds the BMS resets and allows current flow again — which is why the vacuum "comes back." The fix is to clear the filter and check for blockages in the brush head or inlet tube. A clean airpath keeps motor draw within BMS limits, and the cutouts stop.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Ultenic D6s runs for a short time on the new battery — much less than it used to. What's causing that?

A restricted filter is the most common cause. When airflow is blocked, the D6s motor draws significantly more current than rated to maintain suction, burning through the battery faster than the capacity figures suggest it should. Remove and clean the filter thoroughly before writing off the battery. If runtime extends after a filter clean, the cell is fine — the motor was simply overworking.

The D6s keeps cutting out mid-clean and restarting on its own — is this a battery fault?

This is almost always a BMS overcurrent trip rather than a faulty cell. Sustained restricted airflow pushes the motor current above the BMS threshold, which shuts down output to protect the battery and then resets after a few seconds. Check the brush head, inlet, and filter for blockages. Once airflow is clear, the motor current drops back within limits and the cutouts stop.

I replaced the battery but the D6s won't charge on the new cell — charger light stays off or blinks incorrectly.

The D6s charger expects a specific BMS handshake before it begins charging. If the replacement cell's BMS does not respond to that handshake — either because the cell is deeply discharged or because of a compatibility mismatch — the charger will refuse to initiate. Connect the battery to the charger and leave it for 15–20 minutes; a deeply discharged Li-ion cell needs a brief pre-charge pulse before the BMS responds normally. If the charger light still does not change to a steady charge state after that wait, verify the replacement part number matches GW002-A2-4S1P exactly.
