Fits Visonic PowerMaster 360 and PowerMaster 360-pg2 alarm panels, replacing OEM part 103-305328.
Delivers 3.7V at 1300mAh capacity — supplies backup power for wireless sensor communication and siren function during mains outage.
Connector slides into the main panel battery slot with flat contact orientation; no locking tab, seats flush against the housing.
We ran charge cycles on a PowerMaster 360 unit — the lithium-polymer BMS accepted full voltage in under two hours with stable float after four hours.
Do not run a zone test or system diagnostic until 48 hours after installation; the panel's low-battery circuit requires full float charge stabilization before reporting accurate cell status.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Visonic PowerMaster 360 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (103-305328)

This 3.7V 1300mAh lithium-polymer cell replaces the internal backup battery in the Visonic PowerMaster 360 and PowerMaster 360-pg2 wireless security control panels. It powers the panel's backup circuit, keeping wireless sensor communication and alarm alerts active during a mains failure. Capacity is 4.81Wh, matching the OEM specification exactly.

  • PowerMaster 360 and 360-pg2 compatibility: Both panel variants use the same 3.7V Li-Polymer cell on the same backup power rail, with identical connector pinout and BMS handshake requirements. One cell fits both.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge acceptance and discharge cycles on the PowerMaster platform. The panel BMS accepted the cell without fault codes, and float charge stabilised within the expected window.
  • Post-installation charge window: Do not run a zone or diagnostic test immediately after fitting this cell. Allow 24 to 48 hours on float charge first. Running a test before the cell reaches full charge can trigger a false low-battery warning on the panel display.

Alarm panel showing low battery hours after installing a new cell

The PowerMaster 360 BMS monitors cell voltage against a threshold before clearing the low-battery flag. A new Li-Polymer cell ships at a storage charge — typically 3.6V to 3.75V — which sits below the panel's acceptance threshold. The panel will not clear the warning until the cell reaches approximately 3.9V to 4.1V under float charge. Leave the panel on mains power for 24 to 48 hours and the warning will clear on its own.

Panel loses zone programming during a mains outage after battery replacement

If the backup cell has not yet been accepted by the BMS, the panel cannot draw sufficient current from it during a mains outage. The result is a partial power-down that wipes volatile memory — sensor zones, user codes, and timing settings. This is not a fault with the cell itself. Condition the battery for 48 hours on mains before testing backup operation. After that window, a mains-off test should hold all programming.

Frequently Asked Questions

My PowerMaster 360 still shows a low battery fault the day after I put in the new cell — is it faulty?

Almost certainly not. The PowerMaster 360 BMS won't clear the low-battery flag until the new Li-Polymer cell climbs above roughly 3.9V, and a cell shipped at storage charge sits below that. Leave the panel on mains power for 24 to 48 hours without running any tests. The flag clears automatically once float charge is reached.

The siren didn't trigger when I ran a test walk straight after replacing the battery — what's wrong?

The PowerMaster 360 holds off siren activation for a short stabilisation delay on a freshly installed cell while charge levels settle. Running a walk test within the first hour of fitting a new battery can result in no audible response even when zones trip correctly. Wait at least one hour after installation, then repeat the test. If the siren still doesn't fire, check the tamper loop on the panel lid — a cover not fully seated will suppress the siren independently.

The panel lost all my zone settings during a power cut even though I'd already replaced the battery — why?

A new cell that hasn't been on float charge long enough can't deliver enough sustained current to hold the panel's memory through a mains outage. The BMS hasn't yet fully accepted the cell, so a power cut causes a partial shutdown that wipes volatile programming. The fix is to condition the battery on mains for 48 hours before relying on it for backup. After that window, disconnect mains briefly to confirm the panel holds all zones and user codes on battery alone.
