Fits Vistefly M303 cordless stick vacuum, replaces OEM battery 14.4V pack.
14.4V and 2600mAh capacity delivers 37.44Wh to motor — adequate for standard floor cleaning cycles on this platform.
Connector slides vertically into the M303 battery slot with a forward locking tab that seats flush against the motor housing.
Bench test confirmed BMS accepts full charge cycle on the Vistefly dock charger with no fault codes or cutoff events.
Do not leave this cell on the charging dock continuously — dock trickle charge degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Vistefly M303 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 2600mAh (37.44Wh) lithium-ion battery for the Vistefly M303 cordless stick vacuum. It replaces the original pack when capacity has faded and the vacuum no longer holds a useful charge. Fits the M303 motor and charging circuit directly.

  • M303 motor compatibility: The M303 runs a brushless motor on a 14.4V rail. This pack matches that voltage exactly. A mismatched voltage trips the vacuum's BMS before the motor reaches working speed, so the 14.4V spec is not interchangeable with adjacent 12V or 18V packs in the range.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full discharge and recharge sequences on the M303 platform. The BMS responded correctly to motor-start inrush current and did not trip under standard carpet and hard floor load cycles.
  • Dock charging habit on the M303: Do not leave the M303 sitting on its charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charge accelerates lithium cell degradation in this vacuum's battery configuration. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next use.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the M303

This is one of the most common complaints on the M303, and most owners blame the battery first. In most cases the real cause is a partially blocked filter forcing the motor to draw more current than rated. The BMS reads the elevated draw as a low-charge state and scales back motor power before the indicator reflects actual cell depletion. Clean or replace the filter first — if suction recovers immediately, the battery was never the issue.

M303 motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the vacuum's airpath is restricted — blocked filter, full dust cup, or a rug fibre caught in the nozzle — the motor works harder to maintain suction and current draw spikes beyond the BMS threshold. The BMS shuts the output rail to protect the cells, which is why the vacuum recovers after 30–60 seconds of cooling. Clear the blockage completely, then restart. If the trip repeats on an unobstructed floor, check that the replacement pack's BMS matches the M303's cutoff profile — measure resting voltage before charging, which should read between 12.0V and 13.2V on a depleted but healthy pack.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Vistefly M303 suction feels weak even though the battery indicator still shows full — is the battery faulty?

Not necessarily. A partially blocked filter forces the M303 motor to draw more current than rated, and the BMS interprets that elevated draw as low charge, reducing motor power before the indicator moves. Remove and clean the filter thoroughly, then test on a bare hard floor with the dust cup emptied. If suction returns to full strength, the battery is fine — the restriction was the cause.

The M303 switches off suddenly during cleaning and starts again after I leave it for a minute — what is happening?

That is a BMS overcurrent trip. When airflow is restricted — blocked nozzle, full dust cup, or a clogged filter — the motor draws more current than the BMS allows, so it cuts the output rail to protect the cells. The vacuum recovers once the cells cool and the BMS resets. Clear every part of the airpath before the next run, and if the trip keeps happening on an open floor, check the resting voltage of the pack — a healthy depleted cell should read between 12.0V and 13.2V.

My new M303 replacement battery fades noticeably faster than it did when it was first installed — what causes that?

Leaving the M303 on its charging dock continuously is the most common cause. Lithium cells in this vacuum's pack degrade faster under prolonged trickle charge than they do from normal use cycles. Charge the battery to full, then take it off the dock — do not use the dock as a storage stand. If capacity has already dropped, run two or three full discharge-to-charge cycles to confirm whether the fade is permanent or whether the BMS simply needs recalibration.
