Fits EZIclean Aqua Ultimate wet-dry vacuum; replaces OEM part TWS-4S1P battery pack.
14.8V, 2600mAh Li-ion delivers stable voltage across cleaning cycles without mid-run sag.
Connector slides straight into dock slot with positive contact alignment and integral locking tab.
Bench testing showed clean BMS handshake on insertion; no fault codes during sustained motor draw.
Remove this battery from the charging dock immediately after reaching full charge — continuous dock contact degrades capacity faster than charge-then-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

EZIclean Aqua Ultimate — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (TWS-4S1P)

This is a 14.8V, 2600mAh Li-ion battery pack for the EZIclean Aqua Ultimate cordless wet-dry vacuum cleaner. It replaces OEM part number TWS-4S1P directly. When the original pack no longer holds a charge, this replacement restores the vacuum to full working condition without replacing the entire unit.

  • Aqua Ultimate fitment: The Aqua Ultimate uses a 4S1P cell arrangement to deliver the 14.8V nominal rail the motor controller expects. A battery that doesn't match this architecture will either fail to communicate with the BMS or trip the low-voltage cutoff immediately on load.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge and discharge cycles on the Aqua Ultimate platform. The BMS handshake completed without fault, and the motor controller accepted the pack without triggering overcurrent protection under normal suction load.
  • Dock charging behaviour on this vacuum: Do not leave the Aqua Ultimate sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous dock contact keeps the charger in a trickle state that degrades cell capacity faster than standard charge cycles. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

The Aqua Ultimate motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the floor head is restricted. This pushes the pack toward its BMS current limit before the voltage indicator registers as low. The result is reduced suction that looks like a battery problem but is actually a motor protection response. Clean the filter and check the floor head for blockage before assuming the cell is at fault.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering after a pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is restricted — blocked filter, full dust container, or tangled floor head — the motor works harder and pulls current above the pack's rated threshold. The BMS cuts output to protect the cells, then resets once temperature and current normalise. Clear the restriction and restart; if the cutout repeats immediately on a clean filter, check that the pack voltage reads at least 14.4V under no-load conditions before concluding the cell has failed.

Frequently Asked Questions

My EZIclean Aqua Ultimate has noticeably less suction than it used to, but the battery indicator still shows charge — why?

A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which causes voltage sag across the pack under load — the indicator reads the resting voltage, not the loaded voltage, so it shows charge even as performance drops. Remove and clean the filter, then empty the dust container fully. If suction recovers immediately, the battery is not the issue. If suction is still weak on a clean filter, test the pack voltage under load — it should hold above 13.5V during use.

The vacuum cuts out after a few seconds of use, then works again if I wait — is this the battery or the motor?

That pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip triggered by restricted airflow making the motor draw too much current. It is not a failed battery. Check the filter, floor head, and hose for blockages before replacing the pack. If the cutout still happens on a fully cleared machine, the replacement pack's BMS may be responding to a brief inrush spike — power the vacuum on without the floor head attached first to confirm the pack recovers to at least 14.4V at rest.

My old battery degraded fast — I left the Aqua Ultimate on the dock all the time. Will this replacement last longer if I change how I charge it?

Continuous dock contact keeps the charger in a low-level trickle state between top-up cycles, and Li-ion cells held at full charge under trickle conditions lose capacity significantly faster than cells that rest off-charge. Charge the replacement pack to full, then physically remove the vacuum from the dock. Reconnect the dock only when the vacuum needs charging again. That single change is the biggest factor in slowing capacity fade on this platform.
