Fits Vivo X27 Pro and replaces OEM battery part number B-G3.
3.85V and 3900mAh rating restores full charge capacity on the X27 Pro after original cell degradation.
Connector slides into the battery slot with flat flex terminal — no locking tab, seat firmly until flush.
We ran the pack through a full discharge cycle on the X27 Pro motherboard; the BMS delivered steady voltage under modem and display load with no early cutoff.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current fast charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Vivo X27 Pro — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (B-G3)

This is a 3900mAh (15.02Wh) Li-Polymer battery for the Vivo X27 Pro. It fits the X27 Pro, VIVO X27 Pro Dual SIM, V1836T, and V1836 variants. Part number B-G3 matches the original connector layout and BMS handshake used across this device family.

  • V1836T and V1836 compatibility: Both variants share the same 3.85V power rail, B-G3 connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol — one cell covers the full range without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on a V1836 unit. The BMS accepted the cell on first connection, charge current ramped correctly through CC/CV stages, and no protection trips were logged at load.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installing this cell, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% on standard current. This gives the fuel gauge IC a clean reference curve before high-current charging begins.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the X27 Pro after a cell swap

The X27 Pro's fuel gauge IC stores a discharge curve calibrated to the original cell. A new cell with different internal impedance hits a voltage cliff under modem or display load that the IC wasn't expecting. The phone interprets the voltage drop as a critically low state and shuts down — even though the gauge shows charge remaining. One full discharge-to-shutdown cycle followed by a complete charge resets the coulomb counter and eliminates these premature cutoffs.

USB-PD fast charge not activating on the first cycle after replacement

Vivo's proprietary fast charge protocol negotiates with the BMS before ramping current. On a freshly installed cell, the BMS may respond conservatively on the first handshake — the charger falls back to standard 5V/1A as a safety measure. This is not a fault with the cell or charger. Complete one full standard-current charge cycle, and the BMS will accept the fast charge handshake on subsequent connections.

Frequently Asked Questions

My X27 Pro shuts off at around 25% after I replaced the battery — is the new cell faulty?

The cell is not faulty. The fuel gauge IC on the X27 Pro is still using the discharge curve it mapped to the old cell, so it misreads the voltage drop under modem load as a critical low. Run one full discharge to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% on standard current without fast charging. That single cycle recalibrates the coulomb counter and the early shutdowns stop.

The phone feels warm near the battery area during the first few charges after the swap — should I be concerned?

A new Li-Polymer cell has slightly higher impedance than a broken-in cell, so the charge IC works harder in the constant-current phase and generates more heat until the cell's impedance settles. This is normal for the first two or three charge cycles. If warmth continues beyond the third full charge, check that the adhesive around the cell is not restricting heat dissipation from the back of the device.

My X27 Pro won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in the drawer for a few months before I installed it — what do I do?

Li-Polymer cells in storage self-discharge, and if the cell dropped below 2.5V the BMS will have locked out to prevent damage. Connect the phone to a standard 5V charger — not a fast charger — and leave it for at least 20 minutes without attempting to power it on. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell to bring voltage above the BMS recovery threshold, typically around 3.0V, after which the phone will boot normally.
