Fits Wexler E6002 smartphones; replaces original 3.7V lithium-ion cell for calls, messaging, and app use.
3.7V, 1500mAh capacity delivers the original power output for standard daily phone operation without modification.
Connector type matches OEM slot orientation; physical dimensions 65.80 x 43.90 x 5.10mm seat flush against the phone housing.
We bench-tested this cell in the E6002 charging circuit; BMS accepted the pack on first cycle with no fault delay or voltage regulation anomalies.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Wexler E6002 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V Li-ion cell rated at 1500mAh (5.55Wh), built to fit the Wexler E6002 smartphone. It replaces the original cell when the phone no longer holds a useful charge, shuts down unexpectedly, or fails to power on. Dimensions are 65.80 × 43.90 × 5.10mm — verify against your existing cell before fitting.

  • E6002 fit: The E6002 uses a standard removable Li-ion cell at 3.7V nominal. The connector pinout and physical footprint match this cell directly — no adapter or modification needed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through a full discharge and charge sequence, monitoring BMS cutoff thresholds at both ends. The protection circuit tripped correctly at low voltage and accepted charge current without fault flags.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installing a new cell, disable fast charging for the first complete discharge-to-charge cycle. The E6002's fuel gauge IC reads the new cell's discharge curve during this cycle — skipping it lets the IC push current into an uncalibrated cell and produces inaccurate percentage readings from the start.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the E6002 after a cell swap

This is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity problem. The new cell's discharge curve differs from the worn cell the fuel gauge IC was calibrated to. Under modem or screen load, the actual cell voltage drops below the shutdown threshold before the reported percentage reaches zero. One full discharge cycle — run the phone until it shuts itself off, then charge to 100% uninterrupted — lets the coulomb counter reset against the new cell's actual curve. After that cycle, shutdowns at 20–30% typically stop.

Phone shows wrong battery percentage after replacement

The E6002's fuel gauge IC stores a learned model of the old cell's impedance and discharge slope. A new cell has different characteristics, so the IC reports stale data — often reading high early and dropping fast near the end. This corrects itself after one full calibration cycle: discharge the phone completely until it powers off on its own, then charge to 100% without interruption. Do not unplug early. After the cycle completes, the IC recalculates against the new cell and percentage reporting stabilises.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Wexler E6002 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is the cell dead?

Probably not dead, but the BMS has locked out below 2.5V per cell after deep discharge in storage. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC needs to trickle current into the cell before the BMS will release the lockout. If the charging indicator appears after that window, continue to a full charge before powering on.

Fast charging stopped working on the E6002 right after fitting the new battery — it only slow-charges now.

The phone's USB-PD or proprietary charge protocol handshake is blocked on the first cycle when the BMS on the new cell hasn't yet confirmed its state to the charge IC. This is normal behaviour, not a fault. Run one complete slow charge to 100%, then discharge the phone fully and charge again — on the second cycle the charge IC re-negotiates the fast-charge protocol and high-current charging resumes. Do not interrupt the first full charge.

The E6002 feels warm near the battery compartment while charging the new cell — is that a problem?

Some warmth on the first few charge cycles is expected. A new cell starts with higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell, so more energy converts to heat during the initial charge current phase. If the phone becomes hot to the touch or the charger disconnects early, stop and check the charging IC behaviour. Normal warmth — where the back feels slightly warm but not uncomfortable — drops off after two or three full cycles as cell impedance settles.
