Fits ZTE Kis 3 Max, V830w, Blade G Lux, and V830 smartphones; replaces OEM part Li3818T43P3h695144.
Delivers 3.8V at 1850mAh capacity — sufficient for calling, messaging, and app use on this mid-range device.
Connector slides vertically into the battery slot with a single locking tab; orientation marked on the cell.
We cycled this cell on a V830w bench unit — the fuel gauge IC accepted the new discharge curve without errors.
On first use after installation, run one complete discharge-charge cycle without fast charging to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

ZTE Kis 3 Max / V830 / Blade G Lux — 3.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (Li3818T43P3h695144)

This is a 3.8V, 1850mAh (7.03Wh) Li-ion cell built to fit the ZTE Kis 3 Max, V830, V830w, and Blade G Lux smartphones. It replaces the original Li3818T43P3h695144 battery and restores power to a phone that no longer holds a charge or fails to turn on. Dimensions are 69.15 × 51.80 × 4.30mm — verify against your original cell before installing.

  • Kis 3 Max / V830 / Blade G Lux platform fit: These four models share the same battery bay geometry, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol, which is why a single cell covers all of them. The Li3818T43P3h695144 part number is consistent across the V830, V830w, and both Blade G Lux variants.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through a full charge-discharge cycle on ZTE hardware and confirmed the BMS accepted the charge IC handshake without fault flags. Capacity hit rated output at the 3.8V nominal rail under a mixed load simulating screen-on and modem activity.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first cycle: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell — preventing erratic percentage readings from the first day.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the ZTE Kis 3 Max after a cell swap

A new cell has a slightly different discharge curve than the aged cell the fuel gauge IC was calibrated against. When the phone estimates 25% remaining, the actual cell voltage under modem or display load drops below the hardware cutoff threshold before the OS can react. The phone cuts power abruptly rather than reaching 0%. One full discharge-charge cycle without fast charging corrects the coulomb counter and eliminates these premature shutdowns on most ZTE devices.

Phone warm near the battery during the first charge after replacement

A fresh Li-ion cell arrives with higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell. The charge IC pushes current into that higher resistance, and the energy difference dissipates as heat. This is normal during the first one or two charge cycles and settles as the cell conditions. If the phone stays warm beyond the third full charge or exceeds uncomfortable surface temperatures, check that the replacement cell dimensions match the bay — a misfit cell can press against internal components and trap heat.

Frequently Asked Questions

My ZTE Kis 3 Max won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is the cell dead?

Probably not dead, but the BMS has locked out below its minimum recovery threshold, typically around 2.5V per cell. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes before attempting to power on. Most ZTE BMS units begin a trickle pre-charge below 2.8V that the OS won't show on screen. If the charge LED activates within a few minutes, the cell is recovering; wait until it reaches 3.4V before booting.

The battery percentage jumps around erratically — showing 60%, then 45%, then back to 55% within minutes of unplugging.

This is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating against an unfamiliar discharge curve on the new cell. The coulomb counter stored data for your old, degraded cell and those reference points no longer match. Run one full uninterrupted discharge from 100% down to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% in a single session with fast charging disabled. After that cycle, the IC re-anchors its reference points to the new cell and percentage readings stabilise.

Fast charging stopped working after I installed the replacement — the phone only trickle charges now.

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the ZTE charge IC can reject the fast-charge handshake if the BMS on the replacement cell hasn't cleared its initialisation flag. Complete one full slow charge to 100% without interrupting the session. On the next charge cycle, plug in and check whether the fast-charge indicator reappears — it does on most ZTE units once the BMS and charge IC have exchanged a successful full-cycle handshake. If it still doesn't activate, confirm the charger output matches the phone's rated input voltage.
