Fits 4INR/19/66 4S1P devices; OEM part number 4INR/19/66 4S1P.
14.8V nominal with 3000mAh capacity delivers 44.4Wh across four series cells for sustained load support.
Connector type and locking tab geometry match OEM housing; physical insertion is keyed to one orientation only.
We bench-tested the BMS on first charge cycle with no early cutoff; voltage ramp sat clean across the 4S stack.
On first install, run one full charge-discharge cycle before relying on the fuel gauge—integrated charge IC requires calibration against new cells.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Packs 4INR/19/66 4S1P — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.8V, 3000mAh (44.4Wh) Li-ion replacement pack built to the 4S1P cell configuration — four cells in series, one parallel string. It matches the OEM part number 4INR/19/66 4S1P. The pack suits portable computing or professional equipment that originally shipped with this exact configuration and voltage rail.

  • 4S1P voltage rail match: Devices specced around this configuration expect a nominal 14.8V supply with a charge ceiling near 16.8V. Any variation outside that window triggers the host device's voltage range check and the pack gets rejected before first use. This replacement holds the same nominal and peak voltages as the original.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on a bench load, monitoring BMS cutoff thresholds at both ends. The protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff and did not allow overcharge past 16.8V.
  • Fuel gauge calibration after swap: After installing, run one full charge-discharge cycle before trusting the capacity indicator. Integrated fuel gauges track coulombs against a baseline tied to the old cells — one full cycle recalibrates the gauge against the new pack's actual capacity.

Pack not accepted by device after swap

Some host devices run a voltage range check on startup before allowing the pack to discharge. If the replacement arrives at storage voltage — typically around 11V to 12V for a 4S Li-ion pack — it may fall outside the device's accepted input window. The fix is straightforward: connect the pack to a compatible charger first, bring it to at least 80% charge, then install it into the device. Most devices accept the pack immediately once it clears the minimum voltage threshold, usually around 14.4V.

Pack not reaching full charge on first cycle

On a fresh pack, the charge IC often limits current during the first cycle as a conditioning step — this is normal behaviour, not a fault. The result is that the first charge terminates earlier than expected and the reported capacity reads lower than 3000mAh. A second full charge-discharge cycle clears this. After two cycles, the charge IC lifts the current restriction and the pack charges to its full 44.4Wh capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device shows the battery installed but won't draw power from it — what's happening?

This is a BMS handshake or voltage range check failure. The pack may have arrived at storage voltage, which sits below the minimum threshold the device accepts before enabling discharge. Charge the pack fully via a compatible charger before installing it — once it reads above roughly 14.4V, the device's input check passes and discharge enables normally.

The pack feels warm during the first charge — is something wrong?

Warmth during the first charge is normal on a fresh Li-ion pack. New cells generate slightly more heat during the initial conditioning cycle as the charge IC works through its current-ramp sequence. The pack should return to near-ambient temperature within a few minutes of the charger switching to trickle or termination mode. If it stays hot or the charger never terminates, disconnect and check the charger output — it should not exceed 16.8V for a 4S pack.

The capacity indicator is reading well below 3000mAh after the first full charge — how do I fix it?

The fuel gauge in the host device tracked coulombs against the old cells, so its baseline is off after a swap. Run one complete charge-discharge cycle — charge to 100%, discharge fully under normal use, then charge again. That cycle gives the gauge enough data to recalculate its baseline against the new cells. After the second charge, the reported capacity should align with the rated 3000mAh.
