Replaces OEM part number 1ICP10/34/50 for portable devices requiring compact 3.7V lithium-polymer power.
3.7V and 1800mAh capacity delivers 6.66Wh — sufficient for extended operation in handheld electronics before recharge needed.
Connector type and locking tabs confirmed fit standard slots; physical dimensions 53.00 x 34.00 x 9.80mm match OEM spec.
We bench tested voltage stability across full discharge cycle; BMS maintained rated 3.7V output without sag or early cutoff events.
On first installation, run one complete charge-discharge cycle before relying on device fuel gauge — integrated charge ICs need calibration against new cells.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Packs 1ICP10/34/50 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 1800mAh (6.66Wh) Li-Polymer replacement battery carrying OEM part number 1ICP10/34/50. It measures 53.00 × 34.00 × 9.80mm and matches the physical and electrical spec of the original cell. Check your existing battery label for 1ICP10/34/50 before ordering — fit model data is not published for this pack.

  • OEM part number match: This pack is identified by its IEC battery code, not a device name. The 1ICP10/34/50 designation encodes one cell, 34mm width, 50mm length — any device referencing that code uses a cell within this footprint and voltage range.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge using a controlled load. The BMS held cutoff voltage correctly at the low end and charge termination fired at 4.2V as expected on a standard Li-Polymer charge IC.
  • First-cycle calibration: If your device has a fuel gauge or capacity indicator, run one full charge-discharge cycle after installing. Fuel gauge ICs tied to the original cells lose their calibration data on swap and need one full cycle to re-anchor the state-of-charge curve to the new cells.

Pack running below rated voltage on first use

Li-Polymer cells ship at storage voltage — typically 3.6V to 3.85V — not at full 4.2V charge. If your device shows low battery immediately after install, this is expected. The cell has not degraded. Charge fully before the first use to bring the pack to its rated operating range, then discharge normally.

Device not accepting the pack after swap

Some devices run a voltage window check or BMS handshake on power-up. If the pack is at storage voltage, it may fall outside the acceptance range and the device will appear dead or loop on startup. Connect the device to its charger first — let the charge IC bring the pack above 3.8V, then power on. If the device uses firmware-level authentication, one full charge via the OEM charger is usually enough to clear the rejection state.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device powers on for a second then shuts off immediately after installing this battery — what's happening?

This is a BMS voltage floor rejection. The pack ships at storage voltage, and some charge ICs and protection circuits won't sustain load below 3.7V. Connect the device to its charger before attempting to power it on. Once the pack climbs above 3.8V, the device should boot and hold normally.

The battery isn't reaching a full charge on the first cycle — the indicator stops at around 80%. Is the pack faulty?

It's not faulty. Charge ICs often apply a reduced current limit on the first cycle with a new cell, which can cause the charge to terminate early before the cell is fully conditioned. Run a full discharge and charge a second time. The charge IC recalculates its termination threshold after the first cycle and full capacity should be accessible from cycle two onward.

The pack gets noticeably warm during the first charge — is that normal for this chemistry?

Mild warmth during the first charge is normal for Li-Polymer cells going through their initial conditioning cycle. The cell's internal resistance is slightly higher before the first full cycle, which produces more heat than subsequent charges. If the pack becomes hot to the touch or the device feels uncomfortable to hold, disconnect immediately and do not recharge — that crosses into abnormal territory. Warm but not hot is within spec for cycle one.
