Airrobo P10 — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 14.8V, 3400mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Airrobo P10 cordless stick vacuum. It fits directly into the P10's battery slot and powers the motor at the same voltage as the factory cell. Capacity figure is taken from the product specification — 50.32Wh total energy.

• P10 platform fit: The P10 runs a 14.8V four-cell Li-ion architecture. This pack matches that voltage rail and uses a BMS that communicates with the P10's charge circuit. Any mismatch in cell count or nominal voltage causes the vacuum to refuse the battery entirely.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this battery through sustained motor-load draws at the P10's rated current. The BMS held cutoff at the correct low-voltage threshold and did not trigger a false overcurrent trip under normal suction load.
• Dock charging behaviour on the P10: Remove the battery from the charging dock once it reaches full charge. The P10 dock does not apply an intelligent trickle-charge cutoff — leaving the pack seated continuously accelerates capacity fade in the cells. Charge only when depleted.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor is drawing more current than rated due to a blocked filter or partial airway restriction. The battery voltage sags under that elevated draw, so the motor slows and suction drops — but the indicator still reads mid-charge because it measures resting voltage, not load voltage. The fix is to clear the filter before blaming the battery. A clean filter at full charge should hold consistent suction through the majority of the discharge cycle.

Motor cuts out mid-use and then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the P10's airway is restricted — a clogged filter, a blockage in the nozzle, or sustained full-power use on thick carpet — current draw spikes past the BMS threshold and it opens the circuit to protect the cells. The pack resets after the cells cool slightly, which is why the vacuum restarts after a pause. Check and clean the filter, then confirm the nozzle path is clear before running the vacuum again at full power.
