Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Ultenic TS1 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (CSF32-4S1P)
This 14.4V, 2600mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Ultenic TS1 cordless stick vacuum. It fits directly into the TS1's battery housing and restores the vacuum's ability to power the motor at operating voltage. Capacity matches the original at 37.44Wh.
- TS1 platform fitment: The TS1 uses a 14.4V four-cell series configuration matched to this pack's 4S1P arrangement. The BMS inside this replacement communicates with the vacuum's charge circuit and motor controller at the same voltage rails as the factory unit.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on a TS1 unit, confirmed BMS handshake with the charger, and verified the motor controller accepted the pack without fault codes or cutout events at rated load.
- Dock charging on the TS1: Do not leave the TS1 sitting on its charging dock between uses. Continuous dock charging on this vacuum's charge circuit applies a low-level trickle current that accelerates capacity fade in the 4S1P cell arrangement. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the TS1
The TS1's BMS monitors cell voltage under load, not at rest. When the filter is partially blocked, the motor draws more current than rated to maintain airflow. That elevated draw causes cell voltage to sag early, and the vacuum's controller reduces motor speed to protect the pack — which the user reads as suction loss, not a battery fault. Clean or replace the filter first. If suction recovers and holds, the battery was protecting itself correctly. If the problem persists on a clean filter, the cell capacity has degraded and replacement is the fix.
Motor cuts out mid-use then restarts after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a motor fault. It happens when sustained restricted suction — caused by a clogged filter, blockage in the brush head, or heavy carpet pile — forces the motor to draw current beyond the BMS's threshold. The BMS interrupts the circuit, waits for current demand to drop, then re-enables power. Clear any blockage in the nozzle and brush roll, and inspect the filter. If the cutout stops occurring, the restriction was the cause. If it continues on an unrestricted airway, check the pack's resting voltage — a healthy 14.4V pack should read 16.4V fully charged across the terminals.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Ultenic TS1 battery loses suction well before the indicator light shows low — is the battery going flat early?
Not necessarily flat — it's likely voltage sag under load. When the filter is even partially restricted, the motor pulls more current than it should, which drags the cell voltage down faster than the indicator expects. The indicator reads state of charge at rest, not under that elevated draw. Clean the filter thoroughly and test again — if suction holds longer, the filter was the cause, not the battery.
The TS1 motor cuts out for a few seconds then comes back on by itself — what's causing that?
That's the BMS tripping on overcurrent and then resetting. It happens when the motor is working against a restriction — blocked brush roll, clogged nozzle, or a dirty filter — and current draw spikes past the BMS threshold. The BMS cuts the circuit to protect the cells, then re-enables once current demand falls. Clear the brush head and check the filter; if the cutout stops, the restriction was the trigger. If it keeps happening on a clear airway, measure pack voltage fully charged — it should sit at 16.4V across the terminals.
This replacement battery fades noticeably after only a few weeks — I always keep the TS1 on the dock when not in use. Is the battery faulty?
Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of early capacity fade on the TS1. The dock applies a low-level charge current even after the pack reaches full, and sustained trickle charging degrades lithium-ion cells faster than normal charge-discharge cycling. The battery is not faulty — the charging pattern is. Charge to full, unplug or remove the vacuum from the dock, and only return it to charge when the pack is depleted.
