This is a 3.8V, 4300mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Alcatel Linkzone 2 mobile hotspot. It fits the MW43TM21 and MW513U variants and uses OEM part number TLi043F1. The Linkzone 2 is a portable cellular WiFi device, and this battery restores full function when the original cell degrades.

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage, and if the Linkzone 2 sits for several months without charging, the cell voltage can fall below 3.0V — the minimum threshold the device needs to initiate the boot sequence. The charger light may still illuminate because the charging IC activates at a lower voltage than the boot circuit requires. Connect the hotspot to a wall charger, not a USB port, and leave it for 30–40 minutes before attempting to power on. If the cell has dropped below 2.5V, the BMS may have entered deep-discharge lockout and the battery will need replacement rather than recovery.
