Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Bea-fon C350 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (C350)
This is a 3.7V 700mAh (2.59Wh) Li-ion replacement battery for the Bea-fon C350 mobile phone. It fits directly into the C350 and restores power to a phone that no longer holds a useful charge. The original cell degrades after repeated charge cycles — this replacement brings the phone back to full operation.
- Bea-fon C350 fit: The C350 uses a compact 3.7V single-cell pack at 40.15 × 48.90 × 4.80mm. This replacement matches that footprint and voltage rail exactly, so the phone's charge IC and BMS handshake proceed without fault codes.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the bench. The BMS engaged cutoff at the correct high and low voltage thresholds, and the charge IC accepted the cell without triggering an incompatibility fault on the first cycle.
- Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after fitting, run one full discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. The fuel gauge IC on the C350 was calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve — one complete cycle resets it against the new cell so percentage readings reflect actual remaining charge.
Why the C350 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap
The C350's fuel gauge IC builds its capacity model from the discharge curve of the cell it was last calibrated against. Swap in a new cell and the IC is still reading against the old, degraded curve. The result is percentage figures that jump, stall, or show full charge while the phone is actually near cutoff. One full discharge-charge cycle gives the IC enough data points to rebuild an accurate model against the new cell. Until that cycle completes, treat the percentage display as approximate.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell
This happens when the fuel gauge IC hasn't yet recalibrated and the phone hits the cell's real voltage floor before the display reaches 0%. A fresh Li-ion cell has a steeper voltage drop at low charge than an aged cell — the phone's cutoff threshold triggers earlier than the gauge expects. If the C350 shuts off abruptly at 20–30%, place it on charge immediately and run that first full calibration cycle. After recalibration, the gauge and the actual cell voltage floor align, and shutdowns at high percentage stop.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Bea-fon C350 powers off suddenly around 25% battery — is the replacement cell faulty?
It's not a faulty cell — it's a fuel gauge IC that hasn't recalibrated to the new cell's discharge curve yet. The fresh Li-ion cell drops voltage more steeply at low charge than the old degraded cell did, so the phone hits its hardware cutoff before the displayed percentage reaches zero. Run one full uninterrupted discharge to automatic shutdown, then charge straight to 100%. After that cycle, the gauge and the actual cell voltage align and the early shutdowns stop.
The C350 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — what's happened?
The cell has likely discharged below 2.5V and the BMS has gone into lockout to prevent damage. In this state the phone will not respond to the power button or show a charging indicator immediately. Connect the phone to a charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything — the charge IC will trickle current into the cell to bring it above the BMS re-enable threshold, after which normal charging resumes and the phone powers on.
The battery percentage on my C350 jumps around erratically — it just skipped from 60% to 15% in minutes.
The fuel gauge IC is recalibrating against the new cell and hasn't built a stable discharge model yet. It reads voltage and infers percentage using data from the previous cell, so large jumps happen when voltage drops cross points the IC didn't expect. This settles after one or two complete discharge-charge cycles as the coulomb counter accumulates accurate data. Let the phone discharge fully to auto-shutdown, charge to 100% without interruption, and repeat once — erratic jumps will stop once the IC has a consistent discharge curve to work from.
